Club Zante Plaza - Laganas Road

Absolutely recommend this place to anyone who appreciate great service. Hotel is located not far from sea with great sandy beach. Different variaty of delicious food. Staff working in the hotel exceeded all our expectations with warm welcome and keen to help any require we had. For service definitely 5 plus stars. If we will be coming back to Laganas we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

We have had the best week here the staff can not do enough for you they are so friendly and welcoming, we stayed in the older building was cleaned everyday it has a lovely balcony looking over the pool. We heard no noise at night from the strip which is a stone's throw away. The pool area is nice with plenty of seating. The food what can I say amazing the all-inclusive Buffet was just the best I think I have ever had we have not had a bad meal, there is something for everyone. The beach is a very short walk and what a lovely beach it is with great views. We flew out with Thomas Cook and with everything that has just happened the rep was still on hand and the staff even in this tuff time for them could not do enough for everyone that has been effected even tho it must be so hard for them. We will 100% be back to this gem of a place because of the staff. One thing the safe and aircon is an extra cost of 55 euros but well worth every penny. You honestly will not be disappointed with your stay. See you guys soon at club zante plaza and thank you for a great holiday. We have just stayed here again and once again it was amazing.

This place is perfectly situated for your stay in Laganas! Staff are lovely, good selection of food at mealtimes, pool is lovely ,I would definatly stay here again!

Same as previous reviewer for selfish reasons would rather like to keep this place a secret! Food was just amazing, I don’t eat meat - every day wonderful salads and veg / mashed potato has to be best I ve tasted!!! Staff are lovely, place is spotless. Prefer somewhere more “ traditional “ Greek than location ( came with friend who wanted more lively!) however I would come again just to stay here. Location is stone s throw from beach where there are lovely beach bars. Cannot fault x

I think the hotel workers are selling guests data to the taxi drivers, to make some extra euros. Even though we had private transfer booked, a taxi arrived half an hour earlier with all our details so we thought it's our pre-paid private transfer. Apparently someone booked a taxi for us earlier and when arrived at airport, the driver demanded money and started to threaten us with the police if we do not pay him. During my stay a lot of Greeks tried to scam us, but only this one managed to do it and i did not want to get the police involved, 2 hours before the flight. About the hotel itself, nevermind the inedible and nasty food at lunch and dinner, because there are loads of takeaways and restaurants around you can go to. Nevermind the €20 charge for a key to the safe as you need to keep passports safe but €9 per day for air conditioning, which should be included in the all inclusive? No thanks. The room was clean and tidy, but it's way too loud at night and you keep getting woken up by drunks passing on the corridor of the hotel. Be aware the depth of the pool is about 140cm. The staff was very friendly, I could say fake friendly thought. The good thing is the location, very close to the beach and shops all around. Generally mixed experience. Could've been better, could've been worse..

Great hotel, food was lovely and 2 minute walk from the beach! The staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Dennis the bartender he is a legend. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely perfect. Place is not very big so it won't get crowded, location is literally in the middle of the action right in between all the night clubs if that's your thing, there are shops all over the place also. Only 2 minutes walk to the laganas beach. Staff was amazing during our stay very attentive and friendly. There is also entertainment live but from what I understood it is only once a week. The pool is decent and can accommodate enough people with a small enclosure for young children.

I want to lie and tell you this place horrible for my own selfish reasons, but i can't its amazing. The food is out of this world, all the staff are friendly, helpful, welcoming and just amazing one of the best places we have ever stayed. We have stayed here twice now and the place just gets better that we plan to visit again soon. Its a great location and close to the strip. You honestly wont regret booking your holiday here.
