Ε	Εύη Φιλιοπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λυπάμαι πολύ για αυτή την κριτική κ ελπίζω η περίπτωση μου να ηταν "μια κακή στιγμή" Ένα ημιμόνιμο στα χέρια που ξεκίνησε να χαλάει από την 3η ημέρα... Μετά από 1 εβδομάδα λοιπόν που είχαν φουσκώσει σχεδόν όλες οι γωνίες πήγα στο μαγαζί (όχι για να παραπονεθώ καθώς μπορεί απλά να έτυχε) και με σεβασμό εξήγησα στην κοπέλα. Αρχικά προσπάθησε να με πείσει ότι ειναι φυσιολογικό στη 1 εβδομάδα να εχουν χαλάσει οι άκρες (απο ημιμονιμο!!!) και αφου ειδε οτι δεν το δεχόμουν άκουσα τη μαγική φράση "και εγώ τι να κάνω?"... Αφού με εκαναν να νιωσω οτι μου κανουν χάρη κ αφου επικοινώνησαν μαλλον με κάποιον υπεύθυνο μου εκλεισαν ραντεβού για την επόμενη μερα. Αρχικά ήθελαν να φτιαξουν μονο τα χαλασμένα (λες κ δε θα φουσκωναν κ τα υπολοιπα σε λιγες μερες) κ εν τελη εκαναν μονο τις ακρες του νυχιου με λίμα να φυγει ο,τι ειχε φουσκωσει και περασαν μια εξτρα στρώση βερνικιου απο πανω. Ουτε 1 εβδομαδα μετα αρχισε να φευγει και αυτη η εξτρα στρωση... Δε με πειραξε που χαλασε το ημιμονιμο...ισως ηταν ατυχια...με πειραξε όμως η αντιμετώπιση του προβλήματος. Ελπιζω να ειμαι η εξαιρεση στον κανόνα γιατι σαν χωρος ειναι πολυ ομορφος! I'm very sorry for this criticism and I hope my case was "a bad time" A semi-permanent in the hands that started to break from the 3rd day ... So after 1 week that almost all the corners were inflated I went to the store (not to complain as it may just happen) and respectfully explained to the girl. At first he tried to convince me that it is normal in 1 week for the edges to be damaged (from semi-permanent !!!) and after he saw that I did not accept it I heard the magic phrase "what can I do?" ... After they made me feel that they were doing me a favor and after they probably contacted someone in charge, they made an appointment for the next day. Initially they wanted to repair only the damaged ones (as if the rest would not swell in a few days) and in the end they only did the tips of the nail with a file to remove what had swollen and applied an extra layer of varnish on top. Not even 1 week later, this extra layer started to leave ... I did not mind that the semi-permanent one broke ... maybe it was unfortunate ... but I was bothered by the treatment of the problem. I hope to be the exception to the rule because as a place it is very beautiful!
M	Maria De Stefani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did actually a good job till today, I made yesterday on the phone an appointment, but unfortunately that doesn't work at all if you have an appointment and then you are told to come at a different time because they have too much to do, why do you make an appointment? This is not costumer friendly!!!
