★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s ok if you like comfortable places. The water is clean and the beach is sandy.
If you like to make mud, going to the bottom of the beach where there are some big rocks you can find the point from which to get the mud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto Azurro Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Zakynthos, ideal for travellers with children. The beach is sandy, with access to the sea via a small pebble beach. The water is crystal clear. It is mainly accessible by car, when we were there we found parking easily.
On the beach, bars and restaurants also provide umbrellas and sun loungers, which you can use for free if you eat and drink at their place. Prices are reasonable everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, sandy beach with shallow sea entrance. Therefor very suitable for visiting with kids. Sunbeds with umbrella cost € 8 for a day and prices for food and drinks are reasonable. Large portions that you could easily share a platter for lunch. You can choose a subbed at the beach or on the grass. Also showers available to guests. Friendly (and fast!) service with a smile. Would absolutely recommend for its location and facilities, however the food is nothing spectacular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The colour of the sand is dark, visually looking more like dirt than sand, which unfortunately makes the water look unappealing. I would say to avoid as there are many other more attractive beaches along the coast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded beach, if you arrive after 11 AM you may not find free sunbeds.
The price is 4 Eur / sunbed for entire day, regardless the time you arrive, even at 3 PM if you're lucky to find an empty set.
The restaurant is well undersized, and you can't find a table between 1-3:30 PM
Food choice is limited too.
They close at 7PM
The only reason for the rating is the shallow clear waters and the rocks where you can go snorkeling and see a lot of interesting fishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scenic view, azure waters. Good snorkeling and and nice beach bar.
After a second visit I spend some time doing snorkeling and here I saw the largest variety of sea creatures in 30 mins of going around the rocks in the island ( previously I was going around the island and visit all the worth to mention beaches)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this is one of the best beaches on the island. The water is warm, no high waves, rocks where you can snorkle. The water is not that deep, it progressively deepens.
A set of sunbeds here can get up to 20 euros. Also you should arrive early in the morning to get a pair of sunbeds.
