★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La taverna Steno è uno dei migliori ristoranti di Astipalea. I gestori hanno un'attenzione rara per le materie prime (formaggi e carne in particolare). Si mangia davvero bene e il menu contiene delle sorprese inaspettate come le paste fresche (rigorosamente fatte a mano dai proprietari) che sono proprio squisite.
The Steno tavern is one of the best restaurants in Astipalea. Managers have a rare focus on raw materials (cheese and meat in particular). You eat really well and the menu contains unexpected surprises such as fresh pastas (rigorously handmade by the owners) which are really delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρόκειται για μια μικρή παραλία, με λίγες (αλλά αρκετές, για το μέγεθος της) θέσεις πάρκινγκ. Η θάλασσα όχι και η καλύτερη, με βράχια και φύκια, όπως και η παραλία. Αν δεν έχει κόσμο, αξίζει για την ησυχία της. Αν όμως τιγκαρει (εύκολο!) τότε αφήστε το καλύτερα.
It is a small beach, with few (but several, for its size) parking spaces. The sea is not the best, with rocks and algae, like the beach. If it has no people, it's worth it for its quietness. But if it stings (easy!) Then leave it at that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η καντινα φτιάχνει πολυ καλο καφε. Η παραλια ειναι με αμμο, δεν θελεις να βγεις απο την θαλασσα. Είναι πεντακάθαρα τα νερα, ωραια lounge μουσικη στην καντίνα κ γενικα ωραια ατμόσφαιρα. Οι ξαπλωστρες είναι λιγο τσιμπημενες αλλα εχει δεντράκια για να κάτσετε απο κάτω. Απο τους ωραιοτερους κολπισκους του νησιου!
The canteen makes very good coffee. The beach is sandy, you do not want to get out of the sea. The water is crystal clear, nice lounge music in the canteen and generally nice atmosphere. The sunbeds are a bit stingy but it has trees to sit on below. One of the most beautiful coves on the island!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiaggia tranquilla di sabbia e ciottoli nella parte centrale. Si trova nel punto più stretto dell'isola ed è a fianco della strada. Il parcheggio è praticamente in spiaggia. Il fondale è di sabbia e digrada dolcemente. Riparata dai venti settentrionali, ha una taverna ed ombra naturale dornita dai tamerici. Lettini e ombrelloni a noleggio. Le tre stelle sono in relazione alle altre spiagge dell'isola. In altre località ne avrebbe tranquillamente 4.
Quiet sandy and pebble beach in the central part. It is located at the narrowest point on the island and is alongside the road. Parking is practically on the beach. The seabed is sandy and slopes gently. Sheltered from the northern winds, it has a tavern and natural shade dorned by tamarisk trees. Sunbeds and umbrellas for hire. The three stars are in relation to the other beaches on the island. In other locations it would have easily 4.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπέροχη παραλία, πεντακάθαρα νερά, ψιλή άμμος με ξαπλώστρες. Δίπλα υπάρχει καντίνα από όπου μπορείς να προμηθευτείς αρκετά καλό καφέ. Αν πεινάσεις, για φαγητό πάλι στην καντίνα θα πας. Υπάρχουν τραπεζάκια και πιάτα στάνταρ που καλύπτουν όμως όλα τα γούστα. Νέα παιδιλα και στην κουζίνα και στο service με κέφι οργάνωση και τέλεια αποτελέσματα!!! Εξαιρετικό το φαγητό!! πατάτες τηγανιτές του ονείρου!! το πιάτο το Θωμά περιλαμβάνει κεφτεδάκια Πατάτες και αυγά μάτια!!!! πουγκάκια που συνοδεύονται με μέλι και όλα τα άλλα που είναι όλα εξαιρετικά. Υπέροχη εμπειρία συνδυασμός θάλασσας και πολύ καλού φαγητού!
Wonderful beach, crystal clear waters, fine sand with sunbeds. Next to it there is a canteen from where you can get good coffee. If you are hungry, you will go to the canteen again for food. There are tables and standard dishes that cater to all tastes. New kids in the kitchen and in the service with fun organization and perfect results !!! Excellent food !! dream french fries !! the dish Thomas includes meatballs Potatoes and eggs eyes !!!! pouches accompanied by honey and everything else that are all excellent. Great experience combination of sea and very good food!
