★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For about 30 years this is the only place where getting snow gear (skis, snowboard, accessories, clothes) is as fast as a pit-stop and at very good prices. To here are many options in the area but I consider this by far the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a snowboard for three days from this shop. I told them that I am a beginner and they gave me a board that was too short for my height. I told them that the board was very short for my level and height but they insisted that it was perfect. Anyway I took the board to the mountain and realised that indeed the board was too short and some instructors told me the same. I went back to the shop on the same day to get my money back which they refused and insisted that it was the perfect board for a begginer like me. They tried to give me a voucher instead of refunding the money for the next two days of my reservation which was absurd. Oh and the boots were in a very bad condition and after snowboarding my feet were soaked. Likely, after a lot of convincing they gave me back the money for the next two days but not the day that I rented them even though they made the mistake. This shop is totally unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend to go there. There is better equipment in other shops in Arachova (not to mention better service).
