★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν σηκώνει κανείς τα τηλέφωνα τα οποία είναι οχι ένα,αλλά τρία στον αριθμό.Απαράδεκτο διότι δεν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να εξυπηρετηθουμε από άλλο γραφείο λόγω τόπου διαμονής.Αντίστοιχα κάλεσα από περιέργεια στο τμήμα διαβατηρίων της Νέας Φιλαδέλφειας όπου όχι μόνο ήταν άμεση η απόκριση αλλά η ευγένεια και η προθυμία για εξυπηρέτηση ήταν σοκαριστικη για εμάς που μια εβδομάδα ψάχνουμε την υπηρεσία η οποία στο συγκεκριμένο τμήμα είναι απαράδεκτη.
No one picks up the phones which are not one, but three in number. Unacceptable because there is no possibility to be served by another office due to place of residence. courtesy and willingness to serve was shocking for us who for a week are looking for the service which in this section is unacceptable.
