Ρουλα, ευγενέστατη κ πάντα πρόθυμη να λύσει οποιαδήποτε απορία μας, ο οδηγός μας ο Βαγγέλης ιδιαίτερα υπομονετικός με την αυξημένη κίνηση της Πόλης κ προσεκτικός. Υπήρχε επίσης η ευχάριστη έκπληξη του γραφείου προς όλους εμάς, της διανομής λαμπαδων για το βράδυ της Ανάστασης, αφού κάνεις μας δεν είχε σκεφτεί να φέρει μαζί του, καθώς κ για τα νόστιμα τσουρεκια που μας προσεφεραν. Η σύνοδος εξυπηρετικοτατη και ευγενική κάθε φορά προς όλους. Τηρούνται άψογα τα μέτρα ασφαλείας και εύχομαι και τα επόμενα ταξίδια να συνεχιστούν με το ίδιο ευχάριστο κλιμα!! Μικρό λεωφορείο 31 ατόμων για 27 άτομα, (26 άτομα + 1 επισκέπτρια, + 1 συνοδός), μια σύνοδος που έχασε πλήρως τον έλεγχο, κυρίως στην αντιμετώπιση επιβατιδας που δεν φορούσε μάσκα, οδήγησε την εκδρομή σε μια άσχημη εμπειρία. Αρκετοί από τους πελάτες σας ήταν δυσαρεστημένοι. Με κέρδισε από την αρχή της εκδρομής, και η εντύπωση μου ενισχύθηκε κατά την πορεία. Ο οδηγός κος Νίκος πολύ έμπειρος και φιλικός. Θα προσέχω τις εκδρομές του Πατάκη, μολονότι δεν βρίσκεται στην περιοχή κατοικίας μου, θα πάω τρέχοντας αν μάθω ότι συνοδεύει η κα Σοφία και οδηγεί ο κος Νίκος, αλλά θα δοκιμάσω και άλλους εργαζόμενους του γραφείου. Κε Πατάκη θα πρέπει να είστε περήφανος για τα στελέχη σας: την κα Σοφία, και τον κο Νίκο! 4 αστέρια στα 5, γιατί... ο εχθρός του καλού είναι το καλύτερο! Τα ωράρια τηρούνται κανονικά, οι τιμές είναι λογικές και ο οδηγός του πούλμαν (Χρήστος) στη σημερινή εκδρομή στον Άγιο Εφραίμ, εκτός από άριστος επαγγελματίας είναι κι ένας θαυμάσιος και πολύ καλλιεργημένος ξεναγός, εξαιρετικά φιλικός και επικοινωνιακός. Ισχύει το ίδιο και για τη συνοδό μας, της οποίας το όνομα δυστυχώς δεν συγκράτησα. Το πρακτορείο φαίνεται πως έχει τακτικούς πελάτες γιατί πολλοί γνωρίζονταν τόσο μεταξύ τους όσο και με τους υπεύθυνους του γραφείου, πράγμα που έδωσε ακόμα περισσότερη οικειότητα στην εκδρομή. Το συνιστώ και θα χαρώ να σας ξαναδώ Wonderful agency.
