★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately Paul management in Greece is very sneaky: in an effort to discourage payment with credit card, they do not allow customers to include a tip when paying with credit card. So if you don’t have cash on you, the employees don’t get a tip. It has been like this for at least two years, so it is not a matter of a “temporary system glitch” as they used to say

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday about 13:30 the waiters team a girl and a boy were extremely unprofessional and impolite! The water glass they have served was broken at the top and the waiter brought the glass on the table by holding the top with his fingers…. Where somebody will put his lips!!!!! I asked to replace the broken glass and not to tauch the top with his fingers!!!
A dog was barking with a horrible high pitch voice and I have asked the girl waitress to ask the dog owner not to stay at the passage way but move 5 meters to stop this uncomfortable noice. Her clever reply was YOU GO TELL HIM!!!!!
The least to say is you have to train your personnel and teach them how to serve, behave, be polite with customers before they pretend to be waitresses. Pathetic situation!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was Sunday and place was not so crowded. We found easily a place and service was quite fast. I tried chocolate/ banana pancake and it was quite delicious.
