★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beach is nice but I swam 2.5 hours looking for the sunken city and didn’t find it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swiming above the ruins of a prehistoric, a stone age village is not something you can do every day. You must spend at least two days to see all the area of the sunk village. You MUST have an underwater camera with you. The crystal clear waters and the whole scene is ideal for video & photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice area with archeological interesting and beautiful sea views. Some parts of the ancient immersed city are visible from a boat when the sea is calm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This beach is amazing. Windy. Beautiful shallow water that goes on for ages. Nice big parking areas. The view of the mountains behind you are stunning, and the view to the island just catches your breath.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the best beach in the area, second only to Simos. It is also an archaeological site, therefore you will not find any sunbeds, umbrellas or beach bars here.
If you snorkel however, you will enjoy a view of Pavlopetri, the oldest submerged city in history!
