★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το σπίτι ειναι ενα αρχοντικό εποχής σε ψηλό σημείο του σπιτιου με υπεροχη θέα που σου βγάζει μια νοσταλγία.. Δεν θα μπορουσα να μην αναφερθώ στην έκθεση φωτογραφίας που είχε στο υπόγειο του σπιτιου του Βαγγέλη Κυρη. 'Ένδυμα ψυχης' ελληνικές φορεσιές σε σκουρο φόντο φωτογραφημενες, ζωγραφισμένες και κεντημενες στο χέρι. Πραγματικά όνειρο! Σας συνιστώ ανεπιφυλακτα να το επισκεφτείτε.
The house is a mansion of a period in a high point of the house with a wonderful view that gives you a nostalgia .. I could not fail to mention the photo exhibition he had in the basement of the house of Vangelis Kyris. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το αρχοντικό του Παύλου Κουντουριώτη που επαναλειτούργησε πρόσφατα λόγω των 200 χρόνων από την Ελληνική Επανάσταση 1821 αποτελεί ένα υπέροχο προορισμό για όλους του επισκέπτες που θέλουν να μάθουν λίγα λαογραφικά και στοιχεία καθημερινότητας μιας προηγούμενης εποχής. Οι δύο υπεύθυνες κυρίες πραγματοποιούν μια λεπτομέρεστατη ξενάγηση εξηγώντας πολλές απορίες. Οι φωτογραφίες στο εσωτερικό του αρχοντικού δεν επιτρέπονται, ωστόσο παρέχεται φυλλάδιο στο τέλος της ξενάγησης, από όπου είναι και κάποιες από τις φωτογραφίες που παραθέτω. Μπορεί να μην έχει το μεγαλείο της οικίας του Λαζάρου Κουντουριώτη, του κροκί-κιτρίνου οικήματος, ούτε τον αριθμό των εκθεμάτων, ωστόσο το πετρόχτιστο αρχοντικό στην άκρη της Ύδρας κοντά στον ανεμόμυλο, έχει την δική του ομορφιά που περιμένει να ανακαλυφθεί από τους επισκέπτες. Προσοχή λίγο στα σκαλοπάτια γιατί γλιστράνε λίγο ιδίως όταν είναι μεσημέρι.
The mansion of Pavlos Koundouriotis, which recently reopened due to the 200 years since the Greek Revolution of 1821, is a wonderful destination for all visitors who want to learn a little folklore and everyday elements of a previous era. The two responsible ladies carry out a very detailed tour explaining many questions. Photos inside the mansion are not allowed, however a brochure is provided at the end of the tour, from where are some of the photos I quote. It may not have the grandeur of the house of Lazaros Koundouriotis, the crocus-yellow house, nor the number of exhibits, but the stone mansion on the edge of Hydra near the windmill, has its own beauty waiting to be discovered by visitors. Pay a little attention to the stairs because they slip a little, especially when it is noon.
