Τελευταία φορά το χρειάστηκα για εγκατάσταση Office στον υπολογιστή μου και μαζί με τα office ο "κύριος" που ήρθε θεώρησε σκόπιμο να μου περάσει και ιό! Μάλιστα αφού μου πέρασε τα office μου είπε κιόλας ότι θα χρειαστεί ένα format σε λίγο καιρό και να τον ξαναπάρω τηλέφωνο για να το φτιάξει. Εντελώς τυχαία ενώ το pc λειτουργούσε μια χαρά αφού έφυγε άρχισε να ανοίγει παράθυρα απ' το πουθενά και φακέλους που δεν έκλειναν με τίποτα. Εννοείται πως ούτε θα ξαναζητήσω service από εκεί ούτε θα το συστήσω ποτέ σε κανέναν. Πολύ φτηνό κόλπο που δυστυχώς θα μου κοστίσει! Αν αυτός είναι ο επαγγελματισμός σας λυπάμαι! Προφανώς και δεν θα δεχόμουν να ξαναδεί τον υπολογιστή μου ο ίδιος τεχνικός. Εαν όπως λέτε απλά έλυσε το πρόβλημα με τον κωδικό νομίζω ότι το συγκεκριμένο πρόβλημα αφορά τις ρυθμίσεις του υπολογιστή, αφού συμφωνήσαμε απλά να βγάλει τον κωδικό και να μην χρειάζεται να κάνω εισαγωγή κάθε φορά που ανοίγω τον υπολογιστή, και δεν υπήρχε κανένας απολύτως λόγος να βάλει στικάκι για να λύσει το πρόβλημα. Ξέρω μια χαρά και πως λειτουργούσε ο υπολογιστής μου πριν από αυτό και μου επιβεβαίωσε κιόλας άλλος τεχνικός ότι η συμπεριφορά του υπολογιστή οφείλεται σε σκόπιμα βαλμένο ιο. Δεν μου λένε κάτι τα 10 χρόνια εμπειρίας γιατί ο τεχνικός που μου στείλατε προσωπικά πρώτη φορά μ εξυπηρετεί μέσα στις τόσες φορές μου σας έχω καλέσει στο παρελθόν. Καμία σχέση με αυτόν που βρισκόταν σε άδεια ο οποίος είναι εξαιρετικό παιδί. Παρόλα αυτά λοιπόν δεν περίμενα κάτι άλλο πέρα από το να υποστηρίξετε τον τεχνικό σας. Μου αρκεί που ξέρω πως έγινε και που μου το επιβεβαίωσαν δύο μάλιστα φορές. Είναι όντως αισχρό αλλά από μέρους σας. Δεν θα έμπαινα στη διαδικασία να σας κατηγορήσω για κάτι χωρίς να έφταιγε ο τεχνικός σας από τη στιγμή που ήμουν ευχαριστημένη μέχρι τότε και σας είχα εμπιστευτεί laptop και tablet ξανά στο παρελθόν. Τονίζω κ πάλι ότι τον τεχνικό που μου στείλατε τον έβλεπα πρώτη φορά και ότι ποτέ ο τεχνικός που βρισκόταν σε άδεια δεν μου είχε δημιουργήσει πρόβλημα. Καλή σας συνέχεια και σε αντίστοιχη περίπτωση θα επέλεγα τους συνεργάτες μου πιο προσεκτικά. Ευχαριστώ. simply unacceptable. Last time I needed it to install Office on my computer and along with the offices the "gentleman" who came in found it appropriate to pass me a virus! In fact, after he passed me the offices, he told me that he would need a format in a little while and call him back to make it. Quite by accident while the pc was running fine after it left it started popping up out of nowhere and folders with nothing left. It goes without saying that I will never look for a service from there again and never recommend it to anyone. Very cheap trick that will unfortunately cost me! If this is your professionalism I'm sorry! Obviously, and I wouldn't accept to see my computer again. If you just solved the problem with the password I think this problem is related to the computer settings, since we just agreed to extract the password and no need to enter every time I open the computer, and there was absolutely no reason to put stick to solve the problem. I know fine and how my computer was working before that and another technician confirmed to me that the computer's behavior was due to a malicious virus. I am not told anything in my 10 years of experience because the technician you sent to me for the first time has served me so many times I have called you in the past. It had nothing to do with being on leave who is a great kid. However, I didn't expect anything other than to support your technician. It is enough for me to know that it happened and that I have been confirmed twice. It's really nasty but on your part. I wouldn't go in the process of blaming you for something without your technician blaming me since I was happy until then and letting you have your laptop and tablet back in the past. I stress again that I saw the technician you sent me for the first time and that the technician who was on leave had never caused me any problems. Good luck and in that case I would choose my partners more carefully. Thanks.

We wanted to test if devise is working properly. But they didn't allow to connect to wi-fi. After we payed, worker told us to get out from store, inventing COVID-19 regulations ? Upd. We were only 2 customers in store from 3 allowed ?
