D	Dimitrios Batsis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a purchase of 139 Euro and was charged 193. They tried to correct it by charging my card with another 193 Euro. The woman at the registered was certain she returned them but my bank was showing almost 400 Euro withdrawn. She had withdrawn the wrong amount twice. In the end they returned the amount they charged and charged me the correct amount. By returning the wrongly charged amount in a different currency bank, their bank charged me with over 40 euro in fees (10cents for every Euro exchanged), even though it was not my mistake. I specifically spoke to the manager about this and asked if he could fix it. He assured me that he would and it should not be a problem and that he would call me even if i would be back home from my vacation. That was over 10 working days ago and the money has not been returned yet. I have not received any phonecalls either. Be careful what you pay for and ask the receipt or to see the correct amount in their register before you put your card in their machine. They manually enter the numbers and can make a lot of 'mistakes' apparently....
V	Vel Ami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the best electronics shop in Rethymnon. The service is always kind and helpful and the variety of electronic products is big. Also helps that it offers a big variety of video games in store.
l	leo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell electronics like phones and computers and everything relating to them, also videogames, books, school utensils, and board games. There is a wide selection and variety in possible choices for everything and you probably won't have a problem finding what you're looking for. It's a very clean and we'll organized store and it is also fun just browsing the shelves. It also gives a nice alternative to the other stores i rethymno which are usually less well built.
