★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η περιοχή έχει δυνατότητες ανάπτυξης ώστε να παραδοθεί στους δημότες σε μια εξαίρετη κατάσταση με μπόλικο πράσινο, χώρους άθλησης κλπ. Με λίγα πράγματα μπορούν να γίνουν πολλά! Ευελπιστώ να ζήσω να δω το ΣΕΦ σε μία άλλη κατάσταση και στα επίπεδα τουλάχιστον του Φλοίσβου με παραπάνω πράσινο.
 The area has development potential to be delivered to the citizens in an excellent condition with plenty of greenery, sports facilities, etc. With a few things a lot can be done! I hope to live to see SEF in another situation and at least at the level of Floisvos with more green.

Ψηλά δέντρα, ευκάλυπτοι, αποτελεί "στάση" πολλών πουλιών. Μπορεί να τύχει και να δεις τσαλαπετεινούς, κοτσίφια, παπαγαλάκια, ακόμα και κορμοράνους στα μπλόκια, κοντά δτη θάλασσα.
Εύχομαι να μην το "εξελίξουν" και το χαλάσουν, τα τελευταία χρόνια χάλασαν φύση για να φτιάξουν γήπεδα Μπιτς βόλεϊ, 5x5, χάντμπολ και τώρα ακούω ότι θα φτιάξουν και κολυμβητήριο!!!

Nice park with natural beauty.
Tall, eucalyptus trees are a "stop" for many birds. You can also see hobbies, blackbirds, parrots, and even cormorants in the blocks, near the sea.
I hope they do not "develop" it and spoil it, in recent years they have ruined nature to build beach volleyball courts, 5x5, handball and now I hear that they will also build a swimming pool !!!
