Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν γρήγορη και φιλική....Ο καφές πολυ καλος . Στα συν ..αν και στο κέντρο της πολης μπορεις για δυο λεπτα να βαλεις αλαρμ στο αυτοκίνητο να παρεις τον καφε σου όντας εποχουμενος.... Εγώ και ο άντρας μου είμαστε καθημερινοί πελάτες γιατί πέρα από τα ποιοτικά προϊόντα που έχουν , υπάρχει μια πολύ φιλικη ατμόσφαιρα και από τα κορίτσια που δουλεύουν εκεί και από τους ιδιοκτήτες! Και πάντα πεντακάθαρο! Great coffee (neither too strong nor too light)! Awesome service! My husband and I are daily customers because in addition to the quality products they have, there is a very friendly atmosphere from both the girls who work there and the owners! And always spotless!
e	evie pie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αντιεπιχειρηματικη συμπεριφορά σε πελάτη που στηρίζει το μαγαζί σε τακτική βάση συγκεκριμένα ενώ σχεδόν καθημερινά έπαιρνα καφέ από εκεί και η απόσταση από το σπίτι ήταν μολις 300m σε τηλεφώνημα που εκανα την τελευταία φορά για την κλασσικη παραγγελία η απάντηση ήταν « αν μπορείτε την επόμενη φορά να πρόσθετε και κάτι άλλο ώστε να αξίζει για εμάς να ερχόμαστε !» Σε απάντηση μου ότι τις προηγουμενες φορες δεν ειπώθηκε κάτι αντίστοιχο ούτε υπηρχε θέμα με την παραγγελία η απάντηση του μαγαζιού ήταν ξανα « να προσεχετε την επόμενη φορά να πρόσθετε κάτι παραπάνω αυτή τη φορά θα σας τον φέρουμε» Πρώτον για 300m απόσταση και δεύτερον για κάποιον που έχει στηρίξει το μαγαζί επι μηνες δεν θεωρείται σωστή αυτή η συμπεριφορά . Επιπροσθέτως την στιγμή της παράδοσης της παραγγελίας αυξήθηκε και η χρέωση του καφέ από 2€(την συνηθισμένη) ότι θα είναι 2,30€ δηλ για 0,30 αυτό είναι η τιμωρία γιατί δεν παραγγείλαμε κάτι επιπλέον ?! Συγγνώμη που σας ενοχλούσε η παραγγελία μας λοιπόν τοσο καιρό ?
