Een heerlijke rustige omgeving om te slapen .en niet ver van een gezellige gezinsvriendelijk plaatjes tsillivi . met strand op korte afstand max 30 minuten wandelen .maar vervoer kunnen ze daar goed voor je regelen .de studio's zijn voorzien van een koelkast, gaspitten en gratis airco wat het heerlijk koel houd in je kamer

Πολύ προσεγμένα, ευρύχωρα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα δωμάτια σε μια όμορφη και ήσυχη περιοχή πολύ κοντά στην χώρα της Ζακύνθου. Μα πάνω από όλα υπέροχοι οικοδεσπότες!!!! Η Σοφία και ο Πέτρος ευγενεστατοι άνθρωποι με ήθος και πάντα πρόθυμοι!Άριστα 10!!!

Nice and quiet place. Courteous and hospitable hosts. 1-6-2022: Επανέρχομαι και πάλι μετά από νέα διαμονή. Η ανακαίνιση στα δωμάτια, η σχολαστική καθαριότητα, η ευγένεια και φιλοξενία των ιδιοκτητών που σε σκλαβώνει, αξίζουν περισσότερα από 5 *.

Πολύ καλά τα δωμάτια. Πεντακάθαρα , και η κυρία Σοφία έκανε πρόσφατα απολύμανση. Φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι και εξυπηρετικοί. Το μέρος ήσυχο με σχετική δροσιά αν εξαιρέσεις την υγρασία η οποία επικρατεί σε όλο το νησί.

Nell'ultima settimana di Settembre, abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza di 23 mq denominata "Bougarini", con incantevole vista sul frutteto e l'uliveto. Arredamento in buono stato. Avrebbe fatto molto comodo una cassettiera, invece assente. Bagno dotato di finestrella con zanzariera: ottimo, anche se lo standard è quello greco. Ciò vuol dire che, come dappertutto, manca il bidè, la doccia è chiudibile da una tenda ed il soffione non si può agganciare sopra di se per avere entrambe le mani libere. Ma alla fine ci si adatta. Elemento positivo in più rispetto allo "standard greco": la doccia aveva un rialzo in muratura che separava la base doccia dal resto del bagno. Per nulla scontato in Grecia. Il punto di forza di essere ospiti della famiglia Giatras è la loro gentilezza. La disponibilità di Petros a consigliare luoghi da visitare o taverne frequentate dalla gente del posto è lodevole. Sofia è molto attenta affinché l'ospite stia meglio possibile. Se si ha bisogno di elementi aggiuntivi nella dotazione, basta chiedere. A volte non vi è stato nemmeno bisogno di chiedere. Impeccabile la pulizia. Oltretutto molto frequente, insieme al cambio di biancheria ed asciugamani. Meglio che in un Hotel stellato. Dopo pochissimo tempo era quasi come stare in famiglia. A mio pare, per un soggiorno a Zante, affidarsi alla famiglia Giatras è una soluzione consigliatissima.

Extremely good place to stay, quiet, close to center, amazing hosts!

A very nice and quiet place to stay! No party's around and a half an hour walk to planos! If you rent a scooter than it is easy to go everywhere! The beds lay very nice and every room has airco and showers. I really recommend to stay here if you want a cheap place to stay!! It is allowed to take you're dog with you but it is not recommended to leave them here alone because they have also wild animals in the surroundings

The owner and his family are nice and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and well maintained/equipped. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the price is good. If you need any information about places or a car rental the owner can help you(he speaks English, German and Italian). I recommend them wholeheartedly.
