Ότι καλύτερο στη περιοχή!!! Πάμε σχεδόν κάθε χρόνο. Υπέροχη τοποθεσία!! Άψογες εγκαταστάσεις και οι ιδιοκτήτες άριστοι!!!! Πολλά μπράβο!!!

Ένας υπέροχος χώρος. Πεντακάθαρος. Φιλόξενος. Φεύγοντας σκεφτόμουν πότε θα είναι η επόμενη φορά που θα ξαναέρθω....

Amazing place! very luxurious , the interior design is very modern and the amenities are superb. This is truly a 5 star place.

Rental period 2 - 9 June 2018, for 6 people, cost Euros 2100 for one week. We chose this villa because it is spacious, comfortable and affords great views - and we had rented it once before in June 2015. Stoupa is a lovely friendly village with a super beach and many lovely restaurants. However, things were different this year because we got burgled. The thieves attempted to jimmy one of the back glass doorframes, which subsequently shattered and left an open hole in the glass close to the handle. Although there are no handles on the outside of the doors, there are also no locks on the inside - so flip the handle and entry is easy. They searched all three bedrooms and stole money and jewellery. We appreciate that nowhere is safe these days and that we were unfortunate. It was late at night and the owner was alerted, she immediately came round and the police too. My complaint is that the glass door was not boarded up for two days and two nights - leaving the villa and our belongings completely unsecured. We did not feel safe and had to carry our valuables with us. The villa’s safe has a key - rather than a re-set type of keypad lock - which is unacceptable in this day and age. We had to meet with the police again the next day, and on our last evening we arrived home at 10.30 pm to find the property open with the owner and glass fitters in situ - no one had notified us that this was going to happen. No recompense of any kind was offered for the inconvenience or fear we underwent. This is an expensive villa with open access down through the unlit garden to a secluded public carpark. That is where the thieves gained easy entry. Future renters beware.

This is our third or maybe fourth time at Villa Pelagia. We come for peace and beauty, and we find these in plentiful supply each time. This is to do with the people who own the properties - a family of really sincere, generous hosts - who make sure that everything works to a high standard. The place itself is simple and beautiful. Nothing is overstated, or an interference - the environment is comfortable and welcoming, with colours that enhance the natural beauty of the stone houses. With the sea so close by you are woken up and lulled to sleep by the sound of waves. There is a terrace to watch the sun set and the moon rise. Within easy reach of good restaurants. Swimming and snorkelling two hundred paces from the door, and the remains of Sparta everywhere. If you want peace, lovely people, history, and a rugged and beautiful landscape of mountains and sea, Villa Pelagia provides it. A gem to be treasured.
