Είχα ένα θέμα με ένα προϊόν, για το οποίο δεν έφταιγε το κατάστημα, παρόλα αυτά με εξυπηρέτησαν όχι απλά άμεσα αλλά εχθές! Επίσης το site έλεγε όλες τις λεπτομέρειες των προϊόντων και μου ήταν πολύ εύκολο να διαλέξω ακριβώς τις διαστάσεις που χρειαζομουν! Such after sales are hard to find! Whatever I say is a little !!! I had an issue with a product, for which the store was not to blame, nevertheless they served me not just immediately but yesterday! Also the site said all the details of the products and it was very easy for me to choose exactly the dimensions I needed!

Είχα όμως αρνητική εμπειρία: Αγόρασα ένα αρκετά ακριβό πάπλωμα το οποίο ήταν καλής ποιότητας αλλά ηταν αρκετά μικρότερο απ'οσο το διαφήμιζαν. Παρότι το είχα ανοίξει/πλύνει δεχτήκαν να μου το ανταλλάξουν με ένα άλλο σωστού μεγέθους, το οποίο εκτίμησα πολύ. Το νέο πάπλωμα όμως, παρότι σωστού μεγέθους, φαίνεται να είναι αρκετά χαμηλότερης ποιότητας και βγάζει πάρα πολλά πούπουλα κάθε βράδυ (ενώ μου είπαν ότι είναι ίδιας ποιότητας). Την ημέρα που έκανα την αλλαγή αγόρασα και μια παπλωματοθήκη που επίσης ήταν διαφορετικό μέγεθος από ό,τι έγραφε το ταμπελάκι. Χρειάζεται δουλειά το quality control Very good variety and very kind staff, are the positives. But I had a negative experience: I bought a fairly expensive quilt which was of good quality but was much smaller than advertised. Although I had opened / washed it, they agreed to exchange it for another one of the right size, which I really appreciated. But the new quilt, despite being the right size, seems to be of much lower quality and produces a lot of feathers every night (while I was told that it is of the same quality). The day I made the change I also bought a duvet cover which was also a different size than what the label said. Quality control needs work
