To tell you my sad experience with the Julia Guesthouse. Although I paid in advance since February the first night of accommodation, I stayed on the street with my family: my husband plus 2 children, because leaving Brasov on an extremely busy route I was late 40 minutes from the reception of the pension. From here begins the incredible scenario. I called one of the owner and she had the phone intentionally closed. We stayed at another hotel (MILES) next to Julia's pension, and this morning JULIA canceled our reservation , without notifying us. In the morning, we found that the accommodation had been rented for 4 nights to other tourists. After a night sleeping on the beach and another 3 at another hotel, so after spending the 4 nights when our room was occupied by other people, we managed to stay at this guest house Julia.Now the problems continue. The price has increased compared to the one posted on the booking, the price surprise was that of August in full stay, follow other stolen money from your pocket I have no explanation - 14 euros representing the booking fee that we paid a whole new, I do not know why and when do tourists pay taxes like this ?! The end was like all the other "offers" in quotation marks. paid 4 nights instead of 3 while I slept in this place that I do not recommend to anyone,. The cleaning leaves much to be desired, the "host", or how to name this person who spins everything in his favor without a bit remorse or common sense it is a fantastic place that left us on the street with the children after a 14-hour long journey from Romania to Greece. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!! THIS PENSION IS A PLACE WHERE YOU ARE STILL IN THE FRONT, CHRONG AND LEAVED IN I WANTED OUT ONLY THAT IT WOULD BE AND WE OR SOMEONE CAN DO SOMETHING AND IT KNOWS THIS, THAT NO ONE IS INTERESTED IN WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE.

The Julia Pension was a very good hit! The standard family room we have reserved provides very good price conditions for a family with children (or pensioners with grandchildren in our case). Businesswoman Julia welcomed us with kindness and attention, several times we were using natural tomatoes and cucumbers from the small gorilla under the windows. With respect to the beach, the broadest sandy strip on the left is on the way to Stavros (Beles Beach and beyond), and right next to the road there is a perfect fish restaurant called Kalamarianos (or Kalamatianos?). And this (2019) year - still so good!

Julia's host is nice and understanding. Only meal-free accommodation is offered. The price is very affordable, but it comes with the package with minuses, smells like sewage in the bathroom, smells bad the fridge. There is air conditioning and a kitchenette. Clean is not done by the host, but once in the stay the towels and linen are changed. At night it is quiet, there are also roller blinds with mosquito nets. I knew the minuses beforehand so that I have nothing to reproach given the low price. The beach is not very crowded at 150 meters, but it is not that turquoise water that we find in certain places.

We were 2 adults and 2 children..the hostess was very kind, but the room was too small. We stayed 5 nights. No change of sheets was made during the day.
