Instead of refunding they charged me another 50%. They never answer the phone when you call them. The worst possible service ever. Avoid!

We don't mind that, it could happen, but we could not reach the owner(not answering mobile phone). We ended up searching around the property for a bucket and mopping to remove 3 buckets of water.

But you use again our bank card for 120 euros !!! You must credit our bank of 120 euros, Can you do it ? If not, 240 Euros for 2 nights is very more expensive ! Thanks you.
S	Soazig Bernard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with a nice living space! We got upgraded for free and it made a difference as the upgrade was twice as big as what we had booked in the first place. We also rented a car through the owner and didn’t have any issues with the rental ! I recommend !
D	Des Ingham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do like to be positive so I will say that the location was good near enough to the beach, bars and port but that's where the good news ends. We were unfortunately put in the apartments separate from the main ones, Giorgia said she would put us on the terrace at the top. Said terrace was a shabby, peeling roof with mattresses, paper bags and other items scattered on it. Our room was grotty, the shower didn't work the first night and in the 4 days we stayed there I think someone changed the towels once but there was no cleaning, changing of sheets or taking of paper in the bathroom. Giorgia left her card but she wouldn't answer her phone or respond to email and we never saw her again. Her mother was sometimes downstairs but she didn't speak any English and when we complained about the room she showed us another room which was even worse!! Avoid at all costs.
