Nice little restaurant with a great variaty of food.

Ok so this place is pretty classy. First of all, you should probably make a reservation because most people do and there are not a lot of free tables (we didn't make one but we were lucky enough to find a table). The staff is super fast and super kind, the food was AMAZING. We recommend the green salad with chicken and also the saganaki with honey.Also it's in a very quiet location away from all the other shops and cafes. 5/5 would visit again.

We visited peppermint during our stay in Argassi. Well the restaurant has a nice decoration but the problem is that when there are lots of costumers the stuff is unable to work properly. When we arrived the person in charge asked us politely to wait for 5-10 minutes in order to prepare our table.. That was ok for us. When we sat at our table we noticed that the service was slow considering that many tables had been served only with water/drinks and bread. We were waiting about 30 minutes for the waitor. We told two waitors twice that we were ready to order in a polite way, but both of them replied that they were not in charge of the orders. After 30 minutes of waiting, when the waitor finally came, we asked him what happened politely and there was so much delay, but he chose to answer in a rather rude and really ironic way without even apologizing; more specifically, he told us that he was late because he wanted to give us more time so that we order more things to eat. This was totally unacceptable for us. For sure, the restaurant has good potential as there are lots of food options, but with so unprofessional stuff you can not expect much.

Very nice staff, we were able to sit inside when it started to get cold. The menu wasn't the biggest but that did result into the chef mastering what's on the menu, very good food! We had a frappe (iced coffee) after but it tasted a little watery (maybe a little different from what I'm used to). I had a quick talk with the owner who seems like a very friendly guy

Peppermint fresh kitchen was recommend to us by our hotel receptionist. The staff is well trained and really friendly (like almost everywhere on Zakynthos). The atmosphere is absolutely pretty and welcoming. The food was so good!! We had seafood with pasta and a steak. Both were perfect, on point and tasted extraordinarily good. Because it started to rain during dinner and we had to walk home the waiter gave us two glasses of wine for free to wait out the rain. Really a 5-star experience!
