We very much appreciate that all products were local from Greece and the wines even from Santorini. We noticed that the restaurant just opened and the proceduers are not 100% there yet, however the service was great in a very friendly and not too stiff way. We would definatly recommend to go, even though that the prices are Santorini-like on the upper end. The work of the chef was incredible and you notice that he knows his craft very well and shows it in every course (we did the degustation menu incl. wine paring). View and atmosphere were super nice! Thanks for the great experience!

We went to this place to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and was the best choice with no doubts. They gave us a dessert degustation for free as a gift for my girlfriend. They also gave us a greek oil and bread degustation and appetiazers while we were waiting our food. It was perfect! We’ll come back for sure!

Also amazing welcome by the chef and homemade breads. Finally, the view was amazing and although it was a bit windy they offered us cozy blankets.

The highlight was various breads with different olive oils and a greek sauce that the waiter makes on the table explaining where everything comes from. 10/10 - I would highly recommend (amazing views too)

Went to Pergeros twice and on both evenings the dishes were very good and presented with love for details and the quality of the ingredients was top class. The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a nice and calm atmosphere. Last but not least, the prices are more than reasonable. Definitely the place to go if you're looking for a great dining experience in Imerovigli!

We ordered from the a la crate menu but the staff/chef were so generous that they ended up including the tastings from the chef’s 4 course pre set menu and each dish was superb! This restaurant felt like it was still under the radar but it won’t be for long. We would definitely recommend this restaurant if you enjoy fine dining!

The dishes were creative new spins on traditional meals that left you wanting more and more. In addition, the wait staff were so friendly and professional and the environment could not be better. The infinity pool overlooking the sea as it reflected first the sunset then the stars and moon… nothing could beat it. I believe this is a new restaurant, so go give it a try while the lines aren’t out the door and you can’t bet a reservation for weeks! This place is amazing! One of my favorite parts was the first course. They brought our three homemade bread sticks and then five different types of bread to which they then had three different olive oils to try and made this tomato caper appetizer right in front of you mixing in the olive oil of your liking. It was such an unreal experience. I will never forget it!
