We arrived at the windmill “luxury” villa and the experience was really very disappointing to say the least, specially when we are paying more than 600EUR/night. The reasons are: 1. The main bedroom toilet smells like filthy sewage with drainage issues specially when using the shower. The smell is unbearable and had to keep the windows open for hours. Contacted the manager to either rectify the issue, transfer us to another property, or refund. The manager said this issue is out of his control and offered nothing. Unacceptable! 2. The cleanliness of the rooms with spots all over the place and dust. 3. The cleanliness of the towels and smell is unacceptable. 4. The water pump is intermittent and actually dims the electricity of the villa and lights when working 5. Both toilets are too small to use.

We had a perfect time staying there and relaxing at the lounge terrace with the sunset views. I highly recommend this for an unforgettable experience and pleasant stay.

Old windmill beautifully renovated, with great aesthetics in the interiors and a fantastic lounge terrace with sea and volcano views hanging over the caldera. We totally enjoyed our stay there, it is the perfect spot for romantic and relaxing holiday days!
