★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The animals were in terrible conditions and clearly this business has no respect for the animals they are selling. Animals crammed into tiny enclosure's. Canaries / Budgies in boxes no bigger than 15cm x 15cm. New born hamsters were lost amongst wood shavings that looked unsuitable for them. I had to reach in and nudge the baby hamsters towards the mother so they could find her. The rabbits had NO HAY and water bottle had fallen from the cage to the ground of the rabbit enclosure. We informed the shop assistant who done nothing about it. I waited for 10 minutes before opening up the roof of the cage that was held together with cello tape (could have fallen on the rabbits at any minute) and fixed the water bottle back to where it should have been. We stood there and held the water bottle steady as the wire it was attached to was very weak. One rabbit drank for over 5 minutes straight as if they were extremely dehydrated. Please bear this in mind when shopping here.
