Έχει την επιλογή, εάν πληρώσεις μέσω τραπεζης να έχεις κάποια εκπτωση που δεν το συναντάς συχνά αυτό. Την επόμενη μέρα (αθηνα) μου παραδόθηκε η παραγγελία και ήταν ακριβως όπως την περίμενα! Παραγγείλαμε online τροφή για τον σκύλο μας και μας ήρθε η ίδια μάρκα και γεύση τροφής απλά για γάτες. Οι συσκευασίες είναι σχεδόν πανομοιότυπες οπότε φαντάστηκαμε ότι ίσως έγινε κάποιο μπέρδεμα στην προετοιμασία. Τηλεφώνησαμε με το κατάστημα για να ενημερώσουμε για το λάθος και ενώ μιλούσαμε ευγενικά το άτομο που μας εξυπηρέτησε στο τηλέφωνο ήταν αρκετά εριστικό. Επέμειναν ότι είχαμε παραγγείλει λάθος ενώ έχουμε την ηλεκτρονική απόδειξη με το όνομα και τον τύπο της τροφής το οποίο έλεγε ότι ήταν για σκύλο. Μας συμβούλεψαν να επικοινωνήσουμε με το skroutz για να κανονίσουμε την επιστροφή αλλά καμία αναφορά στην επιστροφή των χρημάτων μας ή τουλάχιστον συγγνώμη για το λάθος. Δεν είχαμε κάποια απαίτηση αλλά το να μας κατηγορήσουν για το λάθος ενώ η απόδειξη ήταν ξεκάθαρη και να μην μας μιλάνε ευγενικά ενώ εμείς είμασταν όσο πιο ευγενικοί γίνεται ήταν απαράδεκτο. Όντας κάποιος που δουλεύει στις ηλεκτρονικές πωλήσεις και πληρωμές γνωρίζω ότι τέτοια λάθη γίνονται αλλά ο επαγγελματισμος φαίνεται σε τέτοιες καταστάσεις. While our experience the first time was very positive the second time was not so pleasant. We ordered food for our dog online and we got the same brand and taste of food just for cats. The packaging is almost identical so we imagined that there might be some confusion in the preparation. We called the store to report the error and while we spoke politely the person who served us on the phone was quite vindictive. They insisted that we had ordered incorrectly while we have the electronic receipt with the name and type of food which he said was for a dog. We were advised to contact skroutz to arrange a refund but no mention of our refund or at least an apology for the mistake. We did not have any demand but to be accused of the mistake while the proof was clear and not to speak politely to us while we were as polite as possible was unacceptable. Being someone who works in online sales and payments I know that such mistakes are made but professionalism is seen in such situations.
