★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is okay. The service is horrible. The employees are young and have no idea how to do customer service. I will actually email the management about it. If they were involved they could have me spending lots of money as I am a new owner. They did not help me AT ALL. I recommend shopping online instead! Find a warehouse online that offers everything on a cheaper price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced products but all animals are well kept, in clean enclosures and look healthy. Do look at the fish tanks more often though, i noticed a dead fish and a couple of others looking sickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 3 packs of dog food dry kibble in 5 month two small ones hills & royal canine and a large 12kg adult hills all in poor condition with moisture and minor lesion. This is from May to Sept and November 2017 from Pagrati and Kolonaki, as it was delivered to the house, bought ion Pagrati Pet City and loaded by Kolonaki.
When I wrote them they replied "bring the food to the store". I have 6 large pets as if I needed to go into troubles for just 3 packs.
FYI you can purchase from ZOOPLUS. Excellent service impeccable. I am going back to them in Greece now

Has a big variety of Cat and Dog supplies. You can also find medicine for animals. For example antibiotics.
It's not the largest Pet City so some products you might need to order beforehand.
