Ευγένεια, εξυπηρέτηση και προσωπική επαφή με τον πελάτη! Το e shop χρειάζεται ενημέρωση γιατί το κατάστημα διαθέτει και άλλα προιόντα που δεν παρουσιάζονται στο site, αλλά αν επικοινωνήσετε με τον υπεύθυνο για τις ηλεκτρονικές πωλήσεις θα σας εξυπηρετήσει άμεσα. I made a purchase through the e shop. I found what I was looking for at better prices than the other stores I bought so far. In one day I had received them. Courtesy, service and personal contact with the customer! The e shop needs information because the store has other products that are not presented on the site, but if you contact the person in charge of online sales it will serve you immediately.

D	Dimitra Iatrou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρηγγειλα μέσω site μια τροφή σε αρκετά πιο χαμηλή από τιμή από ότι την έβρισκα μέχρι πρότινος . Σημαντικό : την ΕΙΧΑΝ σε απόθεμα κανονικά στο site. Την δεύτερη εργάσιμη με παίρνουν τηλ, για να μου πουν πως δυστυχώς είχε κολλήσει το σύστημα, δεν είχαν την τροφή την συγκεκριμένη, να πάρω κάποια άλλη, χωρίς κανένα περαιτέρω ενδιαφέρον! Επικοινώνησα μέσω email γιατί την κλήση δεν την δέχτηκα εγώ προσωπικά, μου ανέφεραν ότι κάηκε η αποθήκη του προμηθευτή (!) Διευκρίνισα πως περίμενα την τροφή τους και δεν είχα προμηθευτεί προφανώς άλλη για το σκύλο μου , όποτε αναγκάστηκα να καταφύγω σε λύσεις τελευταίας στιγμής !!! Σε σκυλί με αλλεργία , όπως τους επισήμανα, εξού κ διευκρίνισα πως ήθελα την συγκεκριμένη εξαιτίας της αλλεργιας( δεν με παρέπεμψαν παρόλα αυτά σε άλλες υπό αλλεργικές τροφές που ίσως είχαν). Ζήτησαν συγνώμη για την ταλαιπωρία και απάντησαν πως με δίκη της επιβάρυνση θα μου στείλουν ημέρα Παρασκευή ( ήδη 5 μέρες είχαν περάσει από την παραγγελία) μια 4kg δώρο τροφή για το σκύλο μου για να είναι εντάξει το σκ. Κάθισα και τους περίμενα ! Ούτε φωνή ούτε ακρόαση! Ούτε μήνυμα ! Παιδιά είστε απαράδεκτοι. Επαγγελματισμός μηδέν, ασυνέπεια, απλώς βάζουν προσφορά για να προσελκύσουν . PS: ο σωστός επαγγελματίας δεν διευκρινίζει στο email πως έχουμε όλο κ όλο ένα κινητό επικοινωνίας κ αυτό δε θα το απαντάμε κ συνέχεια γιατί δεχόμαστε μεγάλο όγκο τηλεφωνημάτων! ΛΟΓΙΚΟ! Όταν δεν είσαι σωστός, ο κόσμος θα σας παίρνει ! I ordered through the site a food at a much lower price than I found it before. Important: they HAD it in stock normally on the site. The second working day they call me, to tell me that unfortunately the system was stuck, they did not have the specific food, to get another one, without any further interest! I contacted via email because I did not personally accept the call, they told me that the supplier's warehouse burned down (!) I clarified that I was waiting for their food and I had obviously not procured another for my dog, whenever I had to resort to last minute solutions !!! In a dog with allergies, as I pointed out to them, hence I clarified that I wanted this one because of the allergy (they did not refer me to other non-allergic foods that they may have had). They apologized for the inconvenience and replied that with her trial charge they will send me on Friday (already 5 days had passed since the order) a 4kg gift of food for my dog to be ok sk. I sat and waited for them! Neither voice nor hearing! No message! Guys you are unacceptable. Zero professionalism, inconsistency, just offer to attract. PS: the right professional does not specify in the email that we have a whole mobile phone of communication and we will not answer this because we receive a large volume of phone calls! REASONABLE! When you're not right, people will take you!

Η Luna ευχαριστεί πολύ για το κρεβατάκι ? I went today for the first time to look for a crib for my dog that I recently adopted. Very helpful child polite full. I will definitely go again.
