They did not show up nor deliver when they said; I called and also wrote an email asking for an explanation. No response to the email and after three attempts via phone [including two voicemails with no response], I finally reached a person who claimed "no one was home" [not true!].
I added food items over the phone as four days had passed and I was close to no dog food. They said they would then deliver the next day, promising to call at 1 PM to set the time for the afternoon. No one called so at 2 PM, I rang. They said they tried but no one answered... [!!!] and they also wanted me to start an order from scratch. Nope, nope and nope.
