★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I have not used the property myself, instead was in talks for an exclusive property booking for a wedding. Whereby the property looks really amaizing, it is very unfortunate that the service provided in wedding preparation is below zero. All appointments by phone did not take place on time, long waiting time for a reply and you always need to follow up on your own. General Manager replying in a rude manner without showing any appreciation for your interest and extremely tight cancellation policy, even during the Covid19 time. Do not suggest this property for a wedding. Cannot say anything about the service itselft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the restaurant looking for a more exclusive experience of dining in the area of Oitilo. Unfirtunately, our experience was dissappointing mainly because of the service:
1. the waitors were quarreling how to organize themselves right behind us, showing a very low level of professionality.
2. Next to that, the main course which was pasta came before we had finished the starters. We were in a hurry to finish the starters so that the pasta won't get sluggish. Bringing the different courses of the menu at the right time is the cook's job.
Overall, the experience was dissappointing, especially because they try to sell something they cannot offer and they overcharge you for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best view ever! But .. the breakfast was just okay and the portion was small enough . They charge the capsule of coffee which is unacceptable if you think the price per night ! The staff was okay and the swimming pool the coldest I have ever used!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well below expectations. The portions were very small, the flavor neutral...'nothing special' was the best of their courses. It was very expensive without reason. Moreover, their behaviour was rude and unprofessional. The only worthy thing was the location and the view. I would strongly suggest to avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of hotel is absolutely breathtaking and it worth someone to pay a visit even for a coffee or a drink in the pool area.
The rooms very clean thought quite outdated specially the bathrooms.
What we found a bit annoying is the fact that there is no provision for proper shade in the room balcony and also the swimming pool area. The parasols/umbrellas were not providing a proper shade (the umbrella material was some king of knit that was allowing all the sun to come through!!)so we couldn’t enjoy the pool as much as we could.
The breakfast had to be ordered in advance from the previous day (you had to guess what you would like to eat next morning). The actual breakfast was disappointed as portions were small, the hot dishes came out cold (they were prepared some time earlier) and we were not allowed to order more than 2 hot dishes per person or get a refill!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant staff, kind, smiling and attentive. The room service was also pleasant and genteel. Suite was spacious with comfortable double bed, spotless wc and excellent sea view. Breakfast and rates were great. If you want a quiet stay, with a good location, I highly recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel looks great! What you see on the website is what you get. The pool is amazing, the enterior is charming, the room balcony is lovely. Also, the view from the place is stunning. The road to the place was solid. However, there were some downsides. It feels like the hotel uses every opportunity to charge you an extra euro whenever there is a chance. For instance, the hotel doesn't even treat you a free coffee in the room, but charges if you use the espresso capsules. Not that anybody really cares about the free coffee, however, it felt cheap. Also, using the hot tub charges by the minute. You might get charged for the water over a dinner, or find an extra portion of bread on your bill. Not that this costs a lot compared to the price of the stay, but it hurts the overall impression. Also, there is no walking-distance path to the beach. My final comment is that this feels like a very romantic, quiet place for couples, and not so much a place for little children or bigger friends groups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite hotels! Love this place, service is always amazing. Front desk went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing stay. Our massages were great, the spa was amazing and the pool was exceptional, clean and large. The service on the pool deck was perfect and the food was delicious, good vibes everywhere around us. Definitely we will come back again for more days!
