V	Vicky Paspala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενεστατος, τσιγγούνης ιδιοκτήτης που το μόνο που τον ένοιαζε ήταν να μην ανοίγουμε το air condition γιατί ξοδεύει πολλά. Οι παροχές κάτω του μετρίου. Το μάτι της κουζίνας δε δούλευε και το WiFi επίσης! Rude, stingy owner who only cared about not opening the air condition because he spends a lot. The benefits are below average. The eye of the kitchen did not work and WiFi too!
S	Sotiris Pavleas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το δωματιο που μας έλαχε ήταν άνετο, με κουζινακι και ευρυχωρο ατομικο μπαλκονι με θέα την ενδοχώρα του νησιού, οπότε αυτο το απολαύσαμε ιδιαιτέρως (5 βράδια). Στα μη ελκυστικά στοιχεία, το στρώμα πέτρινο (επιτέλους πρεπει να γίνει αντιληπτό οτι δεν είναι υγιές για το σώμα, ο ύπνος στις διακοπές είναι σημαντικός), η κουρτίνα της μπαλκονόπορτας είχε να πλυθεί χρόνια μάλλον, οι πετσέτες φανερα πολυχρησιμοποιημένες, το Ιντερνετ σχεδόν ανύπαρκτο. Γενικα η επικοινωνία και η διαχείριση της διοίκησης του συγκροτήματος ανήκει στην τουριστική Ελλάδα του '80, παρότι είναι ένα όμορφο συγκρότημα με αξιόλογη επένδυση. Ίσως πρέπει να γίνει αντιληπτό οτι τα Rooms to let ανά τη χώρα, έχουν πια εκσυγχρονιστεί σε πολλούς τομείς (υποδοχή επισκεπτών, αισθητική χώρου reception, τεχνολογία, τρόπος κρατήσεων, επαγγελματική διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης του πελάτη κτλ) The room we needed was comfortable, with a kitchenette and a spacious private balcony overlooking the interior of the island, so we enjoyed this very much (5 nights). D	Dimitris Tousis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο κος. Πέτρος τήρησε τη συμφωνία που είχαμε κάνει τηλεφωνικά στο ακέραιο. Το διαμέρισμα μας ήταν τοσο άνετο όσο και τα σπίτια που ζούμε. Πολύ μεγάλοι χώροι με δύο μπάνια και τεράστια βεράντα. Επίσης ο οικισμός είναι πολύ κοντά στη χώρα και άλλα μεγάλα χωριά. Το προσωπικό ήταν πρόθυμο και ευγενικό. Πρόκειται για ιδανική περίπτωση διαμονής. Mr. Petros kept the agreement we had made over the phone in full. Our apartment was as comfortable as the houses we live in. Very large spaces with two bathrooms and a huge terrace. Also the settlement is very close to the country and other large villages. The staff was willing and polite. This is an ideal case of accommodation.
g	george kousko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάμε στα θετικά Τα δωμάτια είναι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και βολεύει τις μετακινήσεις στο νησί.Ειναι 5 λεπτά από το λιβάδι χωριό που έχει ταβερνες καφέ φούρνους και μάρκετ επίσης πολύ κοντά σε αρκετές παραλίες και 10-15 από την χώρα. Το δωμάτιο ήτανε ακριβώς πίσω από την reception απ' ότι κατάλαβα είναι τα πιο παλιά του συγκροτήματος αλλά λόγω Αυγούστου δεν υπήρχε άλλο,ήτανε ισόγειο και είχε ένα χώρο μπροστά με ένα τραπέζι και καρέκλες και δύο σχοινιά να απλώνεις τα μαγιό.Ειχε air condition που δουλεύε αρκετά καλά και σχετικά αθόρυβα, το στρώμα ήτανε σχετικά καλό. Στα αρνητικά τώρα Γενικά τα συγκεκριμένα δωμάτια χρειάζονται άμεση ανακαίνιση έχουνε μείνει είκοσι χρόνια πίσω,το μπάνιο είναι μικρό πολύ μικρό , για WiFi ούτε λόγος η απάντηση ήτανε ότι υπήρχαν αρκετοί χρήστες και δεν δούλευε σωστά ,η αλήθεια είναι ότι ολόκληρο συγκρότημα προσπαθούσε να εξυπηρετήθει από το ρούτερ που υπήρχε στην reception με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχει πουθενά σήμα. Τα παραπάνω σχόλια αφορουνε τα δωμάτια που είναι πίσω από την reception τα υπόλοιπα φαίνονται αρκετά πιο καινούργια απ'εξω τουλάχιστον Let's go to the positives The rooms are in a very good location and convenient to travel on the island. The room was right behind the reception from what I understood are the oldest of the complex but due to August there was no more, it was ground floor and had a space in front with a table and chairs and two ropes to spread the swimsuits. It had air condition that worked quite well and relatively quietly, the mattress was relatively good. On the negatives now Generally these rooms need immediate renovation they are twenty years behind, the bathroom is small very small, for WiFi no reason the answer was that there were several users and it did not work properly, the truth is that the whole complex was trying to be serviced by the existing router at the reception with the result that it has no signal anywhere. F	Frosso Pap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τοποθεσία καλή για να γυρίσει κανείς το νησί (χωριό Πιτσινιάνικα), με ένα πολύ ωραίο καφενείο δίπλα. Ήσυχο δωμάτιο, αλλά χωρίς καθόλου φως, με αποτέλεσμα να έχει απίστευτη υγρασία, τόση που τα ρούχα μας όταν τα αφήναμε στις καρέκλες ήταν βρεγμένα την επόμενη μέρα. Για να μην μυρίζει το δωμάτιο από την υγρασία έπρεπε να έχουμε το κλιματιστικό στο φουλ. Ο κος Πέτρος αρνήθηκε την ύπαρξη υγρασίας, αν και τα ζευγάρια στα διπλανά δωμάτια λέγαν το ίδιο. Επίσης, ενώ μας είχε πει να του δώσουμε τα χρήματα δυο μέρες πριν φύγουμε, μας έπαιρνε τηλέφωνο καθημερινά τις επόμενες μέρες να πάμε να του τα δώσουμε εμείς σε άλλο χωριό, λες και θα του τα κλέβαμε. Μηδενικές παροχές, τηλεόραση που δεν λειτουργεί, χωρίς σεσουάρ και ίντερνετ, μηδενικό σήμα και κακή καθαριότητα, τα σεντόνια είχαν κόκκινες στάμπες πάνω. Καλύτερα να δώσετε ελάχιστα λεφτά παραπάνω για να μείνετε κάπου αλλού όπου θα σας προσέχουν περισσότερο. Location good to go around the island (village Pitsinianika), with a very nice cafe next door. In order for the room not to smell from the humidity, we had to have the air conditioner in full. Mr. Petros denied the existence of humidity, although the couples in the adjoining rooms said the same. Also, while he had told us to give him the money two days before we left, he would call us every day for the next few days to go and give it to him in another village, as if we were stealing it from him. Zero amenities, TV not working, no hair dryer and internet, zero signal and poor cleanliness, the sheets had red prints on them. Better to give a little more money to stay somewhere else where they will pay more attention to you.
B	Babis Vovos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σχετικά κακή εμπειρία. Η τοποθεσία είναι στο κέντρο του νησιού και εξυπηρετεί αν θέλει κάποιος να κάνει εκδρομές. Ο κύριος Πέτρος επιεικώς τραγικός! Συνεχώς έκανε "λάθος" στην τιμή που είχαμε κλείσει το δωμάτιο. Ευτυχώς που η κυρία που είναι μαζί του είναι πιο λογική και ευγενική και από ό,τι καταλαβαίνω χωρίς αυτήν τα δωμάτια δεν θα είχαν τύχη! Στο δωμάτιο δεν έπιανε το wifi κι ενώ το είπαμε δεν είδαμε καμία αλλαγή καθ' όλη τη διαμονή μας εκεί. Δεν είχαμε μπαλκονάκι όπως έγραφε στο site, ούτε χώρο μπροστά για να κρεμάμε τα ρούχα (είχε στο πίσω μέρος του δωματίου και ήταν μη λειτουργικό). Το air condition λειτουργικό. Το τηλεκοντρόλ της τηλεόρασης δεν λειτουργούσε πάντα. Η πρίζα για το σεσουάρ δεν χωρούσε στο φις του τοίχου με αποτέλεσμα να μην είναι εφικτή η χρήση του! Είχε ένα παράθυρο με σίτα. Το ψυγείο μικρό με έναν ανύπαρκτο στην πράξη ψύκτη εντός αυτού καθώς χωρούσε μόνο ένα μεγάλο μπουκάλι νερό. Επίσης, δεν είχε κουζινάκι ούτε νεροχύτη! Είχε ένα πάρα πολύ μικρό μάτι για αυγά και ένα μπρίκι που χωρούσε ένα αυγό! Το κερασάκι στην τούρτα είναι ότι στο τέλος μας ζητήθηκαν 0,50 € για κάθε μέρα διαμονής το οποίο είναι το κόστος του δημοτικού φόρου/τέλους, χωρίς αυτό να αναγράφεται κάπου και χωρίς να έχουμε ενημερωθεί ούτε προφορικά για αυτό εξαρχής! Δεν έχει να κάνει με το ποσό αλλά με το γεγονός ότι ο κύριος Πέτρος προσπαθεί να βγάλει από παντού με τη λιγότερη δυνατή εξυπηρέτηση!!! Αν ήταν λιγότερο τσιγγούνης και κουτοπόνηρος ο κύριος Πέτρος και περισσότερο πρακτικός, ευγενικός και να άφηνε την κυρία που είναι μαζί του να κάνει κουμάντο κι όχι αυτός, τότε ίσως να ήταν διαφορετικά τα πράγματα για αυτά τα δωμάτια! Εν κατακλείδι το δωμάτιο που μείναμε ήταν κακό και δεν θα το συνιστούσα. Relatively bad experience. The location is in the center of the island and serves if one wants to make excursions. Mr. Petros forgivingly tragic! He constantly made a "mistake" in the price we had booked the room. Fortunately, the lady who is with him is more reasonable and polite and from what I understand, without her, the rooms would not be lucky! The room did not have wifi and while we said we did not see any change during our stay there. We did not have a balcony as it was written on the site, nor space in front to hang clothes (it was in the back of the room and was non-functional). The air condition is functional. The TV remote control did not always work. The socket for the hair dryer did not fit in the wall plug, so it is not possible to use it! It had a window with a screen. The refrigerator was small with a virtually non-existent cooler in it as it could only hold a large bottle of water. Also, it did not have a kitchenette or a sink! It had a very small eye for eggs and a kettle that could hold an egg! The icing on the cake is that in the end we were asked for € 0.50 for each day of stay which is the cost of the municipal tax / fee, without it being written somewhere and without us being informed even orally about it from the beginning! It has nothing to do with the amount but with the fact that Mr. Petros tries to get it from everywhere with the least possible service !!! If Mr. Petros was less stingy and gossipy and more practical, polite and let the lady who is with him command and not him, then maybe things would be different for these rooms! In conclusion the room we stayed in was bad and I would not recommend it.

Appartments for 2, 4, 8 persons with kitchen, wi-fi, every room has its own exterior space -balcony, hot water all day, airconditioned. Gentle and good service. Clean and nice place. Wide private free parking places for clients. Living there with car you can easy visit all nice places of island (Livadi, Chora Kithira, Ablemonas, Paleopoli, Kapsali - Sparagario, Komponada, Kaladi, Chalkos, Moni Myrtidiotissas etc.)
