★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εχθές πήγα τα 2 μου σκυλιά για μπάνιο. Και τα 2 άνω των 35 κιλών με τιμή που δεν έχω ξαναβρεί στην αγορά (30€ σύνολο).
Έχει προσφορές σε διάφορα προϊόντα που συμφέρουν πολύ.
Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εμπιστοσύνης, με μεγάλη εμπειρία απ'ότι φάνηκε.
Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
 Yesterday I went with my 2 dogs for a bath. All 2 more than 35kg at a price I haven't found in the market (30 € total).
It has offers on various products that are very useful.
The staff very polite and trusting, with a great deal of experience.
I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραίο μαγαζί και με μεγάλη ποικιλία, αλλά δεν θα ξανά πατήσω το πόδι μου, έκανα αρκετή υπομονή γιατί είναι δίπλα στο σπίτι μου και με βόλευε πάρα πολύ, αλλά κάθε φορά που πήγαινα, ένας συγκεκριμένος υπάλληλος μου πετούσε πάντα μια ειρωνία σε μια ερώτηση που θα του έκανα, πραγματικά κρίμα.
Nice shop and with a lot of variety, but I will not set foot again, I was patient enough because it is next to my house and it was very convenient for me, but every time I went, a particular employee always threw me an irony in a question I did to him, really a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επειδή δεν μπόρεσα να κάνω την αξιολόγηση σε άλλη πλατφόρμα, να πω ότι σε μία παραγγελία αξίας 37€, προπληρωμένη, δεν είχαν ένα προϊόν αξίας ούτε 2€, και δεν μπήκαν καν στον κόπο να ενημερώσουν ότι δεν μπορούν να εξυπηρετήσουν, παρά με άφησαν να την περιμένω 3 ώρες. Απαράδεκτο

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βάζω ένα αστέρι μόνο για την ποικιλία προιόντων. Κατά τα άλλα είμαι δυσαρεστημένη και με τις τιμές αλλά κυρίως με την εξυπηρέτηση και το προσωπικό. Είναι ειρωνικοι και ξερολες. Κάθε φορά που πηγαίνω μου ακυρώνουν τα θέλω και τη γνώμη του γιατρού με ατάκες όπως "δεν υπάρχει αυτό που σας είπε ο γιατρός, δεν υφίσταται" ή "έχω χρόνια γάτες και ξέρω, αυτό που σας είπε ο γιατρός είναι λάθος". Ποιος τολμάει να ακυρώνει έτσι τις γνώσεις του επιστήμονα; Και με τέτοια σιγουριά μάλιστα χωρίς να ξέρουν το ιστορικό του κατοικίδιου μου.
I put a star only for the variety of products. Otherwise I am dissatisfied with the prices but mainly with the service and the staff. They are ironic and ignorant. Every time I go they cancel my wishes and the doctor's opinion with things like "there is nothing that the doctor told you, it does not exist" or "I have chronic cats and I know, what the doctor told you is wrong". Who dares to invalidate the knowledge of the scientist in this way? And with such confidence without even knowing the history of my pet.
