★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety in products and prices. I wouldn't suggest buying pets from them though. Terrariums for snakes are way too small, iguanas are kept in masses and they dont seem to care that much about the overall health of their animals. Stick with local breeders and just buy equipment from chain stores like this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have quite a lot of items at okay prices when it comes to reptile accessories however the service is rather ... non existing. We had to chase the staff around and the were mostly untrained and not able to offer any sort of advice other than the very basics.

The staff it's very helpful, they have knowledge about pets and they are happy to share it with you? the shop has a big variety of whatever you're thinking your pet will need ! Everyone is friendly, the pets are very cute ? we've bought our chinchilla , his names is Puccie ? a very happy and special soul! We even received discount on the cage and one more base for an aquarium that we bought it for a friend , that we are very thankful for ??
