Τελικα ακυρωσα και εκανα την παραγγελια μου στη Pharmabox. Αψογη εξυπηρέτηση μέσα σε 2 μέρες .Με ενημερωση σε καθε βημα με σωστο πακεταρισμα στα προιοντα και με πολλά δωράκια. Σας ευχαριστω πολύ και μπράβο στους υπαλλήλους σας που διαχειριζονται τις παραγγελίες σας. I had ordered from another Online pharmacy because I had found the products a little cheaper. I waited 7 days and my order was on hold without any further information. I finally canceled and placed my order at Pharmabox. Flawless service within 2 days. With information at every step with proper packaging of the products and with many gifts. Thank you very much and well done to your employees who manage your orders.
Μ	Μανώλης Κυπραίος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς μεγάλη απογοήτευση .ενω πας να ξεκινήσεις μια σχέση τουλάχιστον 12 μηνών με το φαρμακείο.Μετά από ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία σε βρεφικά γάλατα και ενώ είμαστε ακόμα σε δοκιμαστικό στάδιο για να δούμε ποιο γάλα κάνει στο μωρό, δεν δέχονται μέρα από 5 μέρες ανταλλαγή των δύο κλειστών κουτιών για να πάρουμε αλλά ποίο ακριβα γάλατα της ίδιας εταιρείας... πολιτική του καταστήματος λένε...τα έκανα δώρο σε άλλο μωρό και κόβω κάθε παρτίδα με το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζάκι... Unfortunately a big disappointment .while you are going to start a relationship of at least 12 months with the pharmacy. boxes to get but what expensive milk of the same company ... they say store policy ... I gave it as a gift to another baby and I cut each batch with the specific shop ...

D	Dimitris Andreadis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εντάξει το ένα αστέρι νομίζω ότι είναι σούπερ αλλά τέλος πάντων... Μακριααααα όσο μπορείτε από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα... Έκανα παραγγελία 6/1 παραγγελία σε κάποια προϊόντα που ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμα και όχι εξαντλημένα και μέχρι 11/1 δεν είχαν σταλεί. Τους παίρνω τηλ και μου λένε εεε δεν τα στείλαμε γιατί δεν ήταν διαθέσιμα και μέσα στην σελίδα ήταν(όλα αυτά για τροφή βρέφους σταγόνες κτλπ που έπρεπε να τα έχω άμεσα) το αποτέλεσμα;;; Τους καλώ σήμερα 13/1 που ακόμα δεν τα έχει φέρει η κούριερ και ούτε θα τα φέρει από ότι μίλησα και τους ζητάω να γίνει άμεσα επιστροφή χρημάτων για να τα πάρω άμεσα από αλλού.. η απάντηση;;; Δεν γίνεται.. πρέπει να έρθουν πίσω να τα πάρουμε να τα δούμε και μετά να γίνει επιστροφή.. δλδ εγώ να περιμένω πάνω από 10 μέρες από την μέρα που πλήρωσα τα προϊόντα γιατί εκει δεν μπορούν να κάνουν σωστά την δουλειά τους... Δεν πειράζει υπάρχει και ο συνήγορος του καταναλωτή!!! Τα φιλιά μου Ok one star I think is great but anyway ... As far as you can from this store ... I ordered 6/1 order on some products that were immediately available and not sold out and had not been sent until 11/1. I call them and they tell me eee we did not send them because they were not available and inside the page were (all this for baby food drops etc that I had to have immediately) the result ??? I call them today 13/1 that the courier has not brought them yet and will not bring them either from what I said and I ask them to return the money immediately so that I can get them immediately from elsewhere .. the answer ??? It is not possible .. they have to come back to take them to see them and then return .. dld I have to wait more than 10 days from the day I paid for the products because there they can not do their job properly ... No it does matter there is also the consumer ombudsman !!! Kisses
l	lioliojo Blabla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Anibidiol for my dog that suffers from osteoarthritis. They were very professionals! A mistake was made by the carrier in Greece. It was ACS that made a horrible mistake and the meds were send back to the sender! I was so stressed that I would be able to get the meds back! I send email and got answer 5 days later as advised on the automated reply! Pharmabox deal with so much professionalism and when they got the meds back contacted me and suggested to send the package again with no charge! I got parcel within 7days! (The first parcel had arrived in Greece within 10days). I totally recommend this company!
