I was going to buy a phone but since she was horrendous I ended up just walking out. Definitely a place to avoid. At least in my experience.

I sent it to the shop 3 days after buying it, in order to arrange a replacement or to fix it. In the terms and conditions says that if there is something wrong with the item and it is returned within 7 days after purchase there will be a replacement or a refund. I send it on Saturday they told me that they will send it to the service and on Monday and they will inform me. It's Thursday and every time i contact them they say tomorrow. I guess it's fault of the service department but still this doesn't make it ok.
