Best Italian restaurant in Greece

N	Nick Gliatis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ηρθα χωρίς να έχω κλείσει τραπέζι. Μολις είδα το μπαλκόνι έπαθα πλάκα. Έπρεπε οπωσδήποτε να κάτσω. Το φαγητό ήταν δευτερο στην αξιολόγηση μου. Ποσο λάθος έκανα. Πρωτο σοκ το μενού. Λιτο. Πολύ λίγα πιάτα. Μαθήμενος σαν Έλληνας στη μεγάλη ποικιλία παραξενευτηκα. Δευτερο λάθος. Οι άνθρωποι έχουν επενδύσει στη τελειότητα. Τα πρώτα πιάτα υποδειγματικα. Το κυρίως πιάτο που διάλεξα γεμιστά ραβιολια με μελάνι αστακό και γαρίδα για michelin award. Τη μπύρα menabrea να τη δοκιμάσετε με κλειστά τα μάτια. Φεύγοντας απορώ γιατί δεν υπάρχουν ουρές χιλιομετρων εξω από το μαγαζί. Συνήθισα στις διακοπές μου να με ξεπετανε και να μου τα παίρνουν χοντρά. Εδω έφαγα και αξίζουν το κάθε ευρώ που πλήρωσα. Οι τιμές είναι έκπληξη μπροστά στη ποιότητα. Μην το χάσετε αν πάτε στην Ανδρο. Ησυχία, καταπληκτικό περιβάλλον, ποιοτητα, σωστές τιμές. I came without having booked a table. As soon as I saw the balcony I had fun. I definitely had to sit down. Food was second to my rating. How wrong I was. First shock the menu. Λιτο. Very few dishes. Learning as a Greek in the great variety I was surprised. Second mistake. People have invested in perfection. The first dishes are exemplary. The main dish I chose stuffed ravioli with lobster ink and shrimp for michelin award. Try menabrea beer with your eyes closed. Leaving I wonder why there are no queues of kilometers outside the store. I used to throw them at me during my vacations and they would take them from me. Here I ate and they are worth every euro I paid. Prices are a surprise in terms of quality. Do not miss it if you go to Andros. Quiet, amazing environment, quality, right prices.

Μεγάλο μείον κατά την γνώμη μου ότι το συγκεκριμένο Ιταλικό εστιατόριο που άνοιξε φέτος το καλοκαίρι δεν έχει πίτσα... Το μενού ήταν αρκετά μικρό, δεν διαφωνώ με αυτό στην βάση του, αλλά θεωρώ πως όταν ένα εστιατόριο έχει τόσο συγκεκριμένα πιάτα θα πρέπει να μπορεί να τα σερβίρει (μας ανάφεραν ελλείψεις την συγκεκριμένη ημέρα) και το γευστικό αποτέλεσμα να είναι εξαιρετικό. Την εξαιρετική γεύση δεν την βρήκαμε σε ότι δοκιμάσαμε (αδιάφορη γευστικά η καρμπονάρα, ωραίες οι ταλιατελες με μανιταρια αλλά όχι κάτι ιδιαίτερο, ενδιαφέρον γευστικά ο συνδυασμός ζυμαρικών με πατάτα.) με τις τιμές να είναι δυσανάλογα υψηλές , ωστόσο η πρώτη ύλη ήταν εμφανώς καλή. Η κυρία ευγενική και εξυπηρετική, όσον αφορά στον κύριο του καταστήματος ο συνδυασμός της όχι καλής συμπεριφοράς του με το ότι δεν φορούσε μάσκα όταν μας σέρβιρε τα πιάτα δεν βοηθά στην εξέλιξη αυτού του εστιατορίου που πιστεύω πως με κάποιες αλλαγές έχει την βάση να εξελιχθεί καλά. Reading the reviews we expected something much better. A big minus in my opinion is that this particular Italian restaurant that opened this summer has no pizza ... The menu was quite small, I do not disagree with that at its base, but I think that when a restaurant has such specific dishes it should be able to to serve them (we were told shortages that day) and the taste is excellent. We did not find the excellent taste in everything we tried (indifferent taste of carbonara, nice tagliatelle with mushrooms but not something special, interesting taste of the combination of pasta with potato.) With the prices being disproportionately high, however the raw material was obviously good. The lady is polite and helpful, as far as the owner of the store is concerned, the combination of his bad behavior with the fact that he was not wearing a mask when he served us the dishes does not help the development of this restaurant which I believe has some basis to develop well.

Τα υλικά ολόφρεσκα, οι γεύσεις τέλειες σε ισορροπία και το περιβάλλον άψογο! Τα πιάτα του ειναι φτιαγμένα με αγάπη και φροντίδα και θα το καταλάβετε από την πρώτη μπουκιά, αξίζουν κάθε ευρώ και το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι θα θέλετε να το ξαναεπισκεφθειτε για να δοκιμάσετε και τα υπόλοιπα!!! Must have τα υπέροχα γλυκά!!! Amazing food, perhaps the best and most delicious in taste from the finest dining options of the island! The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are perfect in balance and the environment is impeccable! His dishes are made with love and care and you will understand it from the first bite, they are worth every euro and the only sure thing is that you will want to visit it again to try the rest !!! Must have the wonderful sweets !!!

Excellent italian antipasti (try antipasti misti with cold cuts, cheese and more) and properly prepared italian pasta (al dente, true italian flavours). Staff very welcoming, especially owners. Nice setting with reasonable views of the sea, although towards the back of batsi town. I am sure it will become even better as they add more dishes to the menu and wines to the wine list

Delicious antipastos and homemade pastas (the Genovese was particularly tasty, with well developed flavor). The desserts were simple yet delectable (the cheesecake was very light and the kumquat jam was a wonderful touch). The service was very professional and kind, and the chef came out to check on how we found the food. The deck has a wonderful view of Batsi and the bay, and we had it to ourselves both times we visited. Overall, one of the best restaurants we visited in Andros and Greece as a whole.
