G	Giannis Giajohn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν ξέρει τι σημαίνει η λέξη ευγένεια, απουσιάζει από το λεξιλόγιο του. Ειρωνικός και προσβλητικός είναι λίγο. Όταν έκανα μια επιπλέον ερώτηση επειδή δεν ήταν κατατοπιστικός σε αυτά που λέω η απάντηση του ηταν: «δεν μιλάω κινεζικά ελληνικά μιλάω, τι δεν καταλαβενετε». Ντροπή να υπάρχουν τέτοιοι επαγγελματίες. Φυσικά και δεν πήγαμε ποτέ. Unfortunately the owner does not know what the word courtesy means, it is absent from his vocabulary. It's a bit ironic and offensive. When I asked an additional question because he was not informative in what I was saying his answer was: "I do not speak Chinese Greek I speak, what do you not understand". Shame on such professionals. Of course we never went.

Έχω πάει σε παρά πολλά ξενοδοχεία σε όλοι την Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό αυτό το πράγμα πρώτη φορά το συνάντησα στην Πάτρα !!!!! Άθλια η συμπεριφορά του οικοδεσπότη στην αρχή ήταν ευγενικός και μετά μας βρήκε η κατρακύλα !!! Τον περνούμε τηλέφωνο για να του πούμε στην αρχή για το ζεστό νερο ότι δεν υπάρχει!!! Μας λέει θα ανάψει κάποιον διακόπτει και σε μισή ώρα θα έχουμε ζεστό νερο που σε οποίο ξενοδοχείο και αν εχω πάει ποτέ δεν εχω συναντήσει αυτό το χαλη!!! Παιδιά 2 ώρες και όταν τον πήρα τηλέφωνο μετά από μισή με 1 ώρα να του το πω με ενημερώνει πως υπάρχει μόνο ένας θερμοσίφωνας για έναν ολόκληρο όροφο ??και μας ύψωσε και την φωνή κιόλας !!!!! Απαράδεκτος κυριολεκτικά !!! Δεν εχω κάτι άλλο να πω !!! Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας !!!! The worst in a hotel !!!!! I have been to many hotels all over Greece and abroad I met this thing for the first time in Patras !!!!! Miserable behavior of the host at first was polite and then the slump found us !!! We call him to tell him at the beginning about the hot water that it does not exist !!! He tells us someone will turn it on and in half an hour we will have hot water in which hotel, even if I have been, I have never encountered this mess !!! Guys 2 hours and when I called him after half to 1 hour to tell him he informs me that there is only one water heater for an entire floor - and he even raised our voice !!!!! Literally unacceptable !!! I do not have anything else to say !!! The conclusion is yours to make !!!!
C	Cagos Tzan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το μόνο θετικό είναι η τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο αλλά άδειο είναι απλά ένα κουτί που έχει ένα κρεβάτι μέσα . Ούτε ένα έπιπλο και το βασικότερο δεν έχει ντουλάπα . Πολλές ώρες της μέρας δεν είχε ζεστό νερό και η καμπάνα που βαραγε ακριβώς έξω από το παράθυρο δεν σε άφηνε να κοιμηθείς . Τέλος ο ιδιοκτήτης απαράδεκτος. Γενικά κακή εμπειρία The only positive is the location. The room is spacious but empty is just a box with a bed inside. Not a single piece of furniture and most importantly does not have a closet. Many hours of the day there was no hot water and the bell ringing just outside the window would not let you sleep. Finally the owner is unacceptable. Generally a bad experience
Π	Πελαγια Βαγγελατου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν ευρύχωρο ,πολύ όμορφο και στη καρδιά της Πάτρας. Το κρεβάτι ήταν καθαρό και άνετο και υπήρχαν όλα τα απαραίτητα για την διαμονή μας . Σε καθαριότητα μπανιου θα έβαζα 1 στα 5. Το air condition έχει μούχλα μέσα (δείτε φωτογραφία) και βρωμάει όλο το δωμάτιο με το που το ανάψεις, εκτός του ότι είναι ανθυγιεινο! Είναι πολυ απλό το να καθαρίσεις ένα φίλτρο air condition! Το ότι έχει φτάσει σε τέτοιο σημείο σημαίνει ότι η λέξη καθαριότητα και συντήρηση είναι ανυκουστη για όποιον το διαχειρίζεται! Το σιφώνι της ντουζιέρας ήθελε ξεβουλωμα και μάζευε νερό σαν λίμνη μέσα. Το χειροτερο ολων είναι ότι η ηχομόνωση είναι ανύπαρκτη κυριολεκτικά! Ανοιγαμε την μπαλκονόπορτα και δεν υπήρχε καμια διααφορα στον συνεχή θόρυβο απο τον δρόμο! Η τοποθεσία πολυ καλη, η τιμή οκ για 40 ευρώ το βράδυ. Δυστηχως δεν έδωσε ποτε απόδειξη ουτε τέθηκε θέμα να δώσει απόδειξη! Γενικά σαν συμβουλή θα έδινα ότι τα ακίνητα δεν τα φτιαχνουμε και τα ξεχνάμε! Θέλουν συνέπεια στην συντήρηση και στην καθαριότητα για να προσφερουν μια άψογη διαμονή! Our room was spacious, very beautiful in the heart of Patras. The bed was clean and comfortable and there was everything we needed for our stay. In bathroom cleaning I would put 1 in 5. The air conditioner has mold inside (see photo) and it stinks the whole room when you turn it on, except that it is unhealthy! It is very simple to clean an air condition filter! The fact that it has reached such a point means that the word cleanliness and maintenance is unheard of for anyone who manages it! The shower siphon wanted to be dismantled and collected water like a lake inside. Worst of all, sound insulation is literally non-existent! We opened the balcony door and there was no difference in the constant noise from the street! The location is very good, the price is ok for 40 euros per night. Unfortunately he never gave a receipt nor was he asked to give a receipt! Generally as a piece of advice I would give that we do not make the properties and we forget them! They want consistency in maintenance and cleanliness to offer a perfect stay!

Υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα; Οικοδεσπότης: θα έχετε σε λίγη ώρα. Εγώ: σε πόση ώρα περίπου; Οικοδεσπότης: και εσείς βιάζεστε; σε καμία ώρα (με πολύ ύφος!) Εγώ: μάλιστα, ευχαριστώ. Αφού το συζητήσαμε με τον σύντροφό μου, αποφασίσαμε να πληρώσουμε μόνο εκείνο το βράδυ και να ζητήσουμε check out την επόμενη μέρα το πρωί. Ωστόσο μία ώρα μετά, ακόμη δεν υπήρχε δείγμα ζεστού νερού. Ξανά καλώ. Εγώ: με συγχωρείτε αλλά ακόμη δεν έχουμε ζεστό νερό. Οικοδεσπότης: βλέπω ότι βγαίνει χλιαρό σιγά σιγά, δεν ξέρω να σας πω σε πόση ώρα θα έχετε ζεστό αλλά θα έρθει. Εγώ: μάλιστα, θα ήθελα αν γίνεται να κάνουμε check out αύριο το πρωί τελικά. Οικοδεσπότης: όχι, τωρα θα κάνετε! Εγώ: αύριο το πρωί σας ζήτησα. Οικοδεσπότης: όχι, τώρα θα κάνετε, κατεβαίνω αμέσως! Ήρθε στο δωμάτιο, δεν χτύπησε καν την πόρτα, απλά μπουκαρε μέσα και μας είπε "σε δέκα λεπτά να έχετε εξαφανιστεί, δεν θέλω τίποτα από εσάς" Απλά ό,τι χειρότερο! BOOKARE IN THE ROOM AND HE HOLD US BECAUSE WE ASKED FOR HOT WATER. More detail... Me: forgive me for the inconvenience, we do not have hot water. Χ	Χριστίνα Λουκοπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω πάει αρκετές φορές με το αγόρι μου διότι μας άρεσε ο χώρος. Νερό ζεστό δεν υπήρχε. Και τελευταία φορά που πήγαμε μας είπε η κυρία που μας έδωσε το δωμάτιο πως έχει γίνει διακοπή νερού και έβγαλε από μόνη της πόρισμα πως φταίει η δευαπ γι αυτό. Μας είπε πως μέχρι το βράδυ θα έρθει νερό και έτσι και μείναμε. Όταν είδαμε ότι δεν έχει έρθει το νερό μετά από πολλές ώρες πήραμε οι ίδιοι στην δευαπ και μας είπαν πως δεν υπάρχει κάποια διακοπή από τους ίδιους αλλά κάποιος έχει κλείσει τις βανες του νερού! Προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω με την γυναίκα που μας έδωσε το δωμάτιο και με τον ιδιοκτήτη και ούτε τηλέφωνα σήκωσαν ούτε στα μηνύματα απάντησαν παρόλο που τα διάβαζαν. Απαράδεκτο. I have been with my boy several times because we liked the place. There was no hot water. And the last time we went, the lady who gave us the room told us that the water had been cut off and she came to the conclusion on her own that it was Deuap's fault. He told us that water would come by night and so we stayed. When we saw that the water had not arrived after many hours, we took it to the devap and they told us that there is no interruption by them but someone has closed the water valves! I tried to contact the woman who gave us the room and the owner and they did not pick up the phone or answer the messages even though they were reading them. Unacceptable.
