★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Διαβάζω για μαυρες σελίδες της ιστορίας μας που ο λαός θέλει να ξεχάσει. Μα οποίος λαός ξεχνά την ιστορία του δεν έχει μέλλον. Ακόμη και τις μελανοτερες σελίδες, όπως αυτές στο Μελιγαλά. Θλίψη για όσα συνέβησαν και κρίμα για την κατάντια του μνημείου. Παρατημενο γεμάτο σκουπίδια ακόμη και μέσα στη πηγάδα. Ντροπή στους υπεύθυνους.
I read about black pages of our history that people want to forget. But any people who forget their history has no future. Even the darkest pages, like the ones in Meligalas. Sadness for what happened and a pity for the descent of the monument. Abandoned full of rubbish even in the well. Shame on those in charge.

Those mistakes should never been repeated again. On september of 1944 after a battle between far left and far right.over 700people (some of them children) executed by communists(far left)..war is a cancer .it's an obligation for all of us to visit those places pay our respect no matter our political views .
