β β β β β This the worst experience I ever had about asking for an airport transfer. I booked the transfer by the app get transfer two days before I was leaving and since that I didnβt get any response from them. When I tried to reach them by WhatsApp (the number was in their website) they kept reading everything without answering. Because of that I said that I would cancel the trip if I will not get any answer. At that point they replied and thatβs what they texted to me back:
βFirst of all this is emergency number in case that you don't find the driver.
Second I am not the gettransfer.
Third if you got confirmation from gettransfer then everything is ok.
Do as you wish Sir.β
When I said I would cancel the ride they just said βfineβ and blocked me.
Because of that I had to book for another company and now Iβll have headache to get a refund of the transfer I never had.
Because of that I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this company who showed so much disrespect to the customer and so much lack of professionalism.

β β β β β We booked a transfer from the hotel in Firostefani to the Airport, and the service was amazing! Once we booked it online, we were contacted via whatsapp to confirm date and time, and the driver came at the time agreed. Also, they have very competitive prices. Would totally recommend!!

β β β β β Had the Magic of the Caldera Tour last year and was really not impressed by the 'expertise' of the guide, or the cramming of eight perfect strangers in a tiny minivan for the transfers. The vibe was dull, the pace was painfully slow and it all just dragged on forever.

Cab service is amazing and cheaper option. We booked a transfer in Santorini from the hotel to the Airport.
After booking we got confirmation in whatsapp as well and cab was on time ?

β β β β β Panos and Anna couldn't do enough for us, excellent service, first class private tour that takes you off the betten tack. the hotel transfer was on time the vehicle that picked us up was/is very comfortable and on time. a what's app message was with us the minute we landed with full details of our pick. Good value for money. we highly recommend this company. and have already passed on there contact details. 10 out of 10. they made a great holiday fantastic ?.
