Santorini car rental had great communication and pick up and drop off were a breeze! The prices were some of the best on the island as well! I strongly recommend this place!

J	Joe the Kop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to choose this company because of quite positive feedback and comments. But turn out getting a bad experiences. The fact is there is no any office at the airport, the company will send someone to wait with sign for us at arrival hall. But on the day we arrived, there was no one, we had to call the agency (lucky that I have phone). The staff brought us to a car which parked overnight infront of airport and pick the key from underneath the floor mat on the driver seat, he also instructed to us to do the same on returning of the car and said "Welcome to the Greece". (.!?!) The fuel was only 20% on tank instead of full. We learned later that this is their fuel policy (?!? First time ever to hear this. I believe the full-tank is the standard). He said to return on same level when receive. It seems fair policy but how come we can accurately top up the tank for our rental, we paid approx 60€ for the full tank fuel which lots more than our use, we call the owner for refund the balance for the fair trade but he said, "sorry. This is our fuel policy" (guess they use this trick for getting benefits ?!?). Awhile later we noticed that there was a low tire-pressure warning light on the panel, a noise sound of lower suspension when car was running. Overall is disappoint. And if you want to use this company, pls.be prepare for this..

But the car was not what we had ordered (an old fiat Panda that did not do well in Santorini slopes), it was given to us with an almost empty tank (started beeping when I turned the engine on) and most of all, as we misunderstood the time of returning the car, a man to whom we had never spoken before called, screaming at us. We tried to explain there was a misunderstanding because they wrote 13:30 and we thought 15:30, and we would hurry returning it, but he kept saying he did not believe us, and was very agressive and rude. It was a huge contrast with his sister's kindness and politeness. When we met at the port, he called me a liar. I don't understand how someone with such an attitude can work with clients.

They were super flexible in delivering a car to any place on an island without extra charge (never happened before). Rental fees are unbeatable and include insurance. Highly recommend!
B	Bill K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No frills car rental company but it works... - one of the cheapest provider you can find - no advanced deposit needed - fairly responsive on email and Whatsapp Staff greeted us at the airport as promised, led us to car, handed us the keys, you pay (by cash/card) and that's it. To set the expectations right, don't expect the car to be spotless and clean, there will be just enough fuel for your drive to the next gas station and most of the time, the cars would have clocked in a lot of miles already with poor drivetrain. But the car will do its job most of the time. And when it doesn't - just voice out. They were helpful enough to offer a change for me, when I find the fiat 500 to be underpowered/worn out for Santorini's terrain midway and offered a VW polo that works fantastically, at no cost.
