You should go to the tourist info for the hiking routs.
In my opinion the routs are a little too long for a holiday hiker. It could be better to plan to hike from one hotel to the other rather than day tours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful National park. Huge area. Great for hiking, taking a bath in the river. Many nice villages around too. Best for hiking, 4x4,or adventure motorcycling. Just be sure to respect the nature and leave everything as you find them.
