As the name implies, the coffee here is roasted to perfection on the same day or a day or two before. This place made me realize that freshly roasted coffee is a delicacy, rich in flavors and texture you'll never taste in a long sitting roast - much like the difference between eating a just-baked croissant and eating a stale one from the day before. The prices are great, and the owner is professional, friendly, and communicative.
