★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπαθώντας να αποφύγω το διπλανό κατάστημα άλλης τράπεζας πήγα να ανοίξω νέο λογαριασμό. Αφού περίμενα 10 λεπτά για να γυρίσει να με κοιτάξει η κοπέλα στην υποδοχή μου λέει ραντεβού έχετε; Όχι λέω. Τότε ραντεβού μετά τις 5 Αυγούστου μου λέει. Της λέω είναι ειδική περίπτωση χρειάζομαι άμεσα ΙΒΑΝ τίποτα αυτή. Αφου μου είπε ότι χρειάζονται 2 ώρες για να ανοίξει ένας λογαριασμός και αφού δεν γέλασα έφυγα με την απορία : Παλιά χωρίς μηχανογράφηση γιατί άνοιγε ο λογαριασμός σε 20 λεπτά. Αφού δεν θέλουν πελάτες δεν το κλείσουν το κατάστημα. Η ΦΟΡΜΑ ΚΑΤΑΓΡΑΦΗΣ ΠΑΡΑΠΟΝΩΝ ΣΤΗ ΣΕΛΙΔΑ ΤΗΣ ΠΕΙΡΑΙΩΣ ΔΕΝ ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΕΙ. ΠΟΛΥ ΒΟΛΙΚΟ ΕΕΕΕ;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αφού έχουν κλείσει την μία τράπεζα (στην Παν. Τσαλδάρη), και αφού οι υπηρεσείες ταμείου στο κατάστημα στην Θηβών ΤΕΛΟΣ, βάλτε άλλο ένα ταμείο ρε "εγκέφαλοι". Ολος ο κόσμος πλέον πάει εκεί, με αποτέλεσμα ατελείωτη ουρά απ'έξω, μια "ΚΥΡΙΑ", να μας λέει "να έρχεστε απο τις 08:00", -ΑΚΟΥ ΛΟΓΙΚΗ-, βάλτε ένα ταμείο ακόμα.Μάλλον ΤΕΛΟΣ η Πειραιώς. Αλλού....ΑΛΛΟΥ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακριά μια τράπεζα βλαπτική για το δημόσιο συμφέρον. Ας το κλείσουν να μείνει μόνο το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα, χορτάσαμε στην Ελλάδα από διορισμενους διευθυντές κ.τ.λ.,εκτος εάν συντηρούν την τράπεζα με δικά τους χρήματα.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ό,τι χειρότερο υπάρχει σε τράπεζα.Έληξε η κάρτα μου και ακόμα δεν έχω παραλάβει την καινούργια.Η απάντηση τους ήταν ότι πρέπει να κλείσω ραντεβού για επανέκδοση,μόνο που το επόμενο διαθέσιμο ραντεβού είναι σε 10 μέρες.Επίσης έγινε κράτηση από το λογαριασμό μου 6€ για ανανέωση της κάρτας.ΜΙΑΣ ΚΑΡΤΑΣ ΠΟΥ ΔΕΝ ΕΧΩ!!
The worst thing is in a bank. My card has expired and I still have not received the new one. Their answer was that I have to make an appointment for reissue, only the next available appointment is in 10 days. My account was also booked 6 € for renewal of the card. A CARD I DO NOT HAVE !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αυτή η κατάσταση κάθε μέρα. Πραγματικά ακατάλληλοι. Για απλή ανάληψη όλο αυτό. Μια τεράστια ουρά για όλα για να μπεις να δεις το εξωτερικό ΑΤΜ. Για γέλια και για κλάματα.
This situation every day. Really inappropriate. For simple withdrawal all this. A huge queue for everything to get in to see the outside ATM. For laughter and crying.
