Πριν λίγες ημέρες πηγα σε μηχανημα ΑΤΜ για να καταθέσω χρήματα και προς μεγάλη μου έκπληξη η συναλλαγή ακυρώθηκε από μόνη της με μήνυμα να αναγράφεται στην οθόνη πως τα χρήματα δεν είναι αυθεντικά. Προς δεύτερη μεγαλη μου έκπληξη τα χρήματα που μου επιστράφηκαν ήταν λιγότερα από αυτά που κατέθεσα. Δεν εχω λάβει καμία ενημέρωση από την τράπεζα και να σημειωθεί πως ημουν μάρτυρας άλλων 4 ομοίων περιστατικών. Δυο ημέρες αργότερα μετεβηκα και παλι στο καταστημα προκειμένου να διευθετηθεί η κατάσταση. Εκεί συνάντησα μια ατελείωτη ουρά και φοβερή αγένεια από το προσωπικό που δηλωνε πως στις 2 το μεσημέρι κλεινουν και δεν θα εξυπηρετήσουμε. Στην αναμονή 2 ωρες για δικο τους σφάλμα και ανήμποροι να εξυπηρετήσουν! ΝΤΡΟΠΗ ΣΑΣ!!! ΠΟΤΕ ΞΑΝΑ ΣΕ ΤΡΑΠΕΖΑ ΠΕΙΡΑΙΩΣ. ΑΠΑΤΕΏΝΕΣ!!! ATMS EAT MONEY! A few days ago I went to an ATM machine to deposit money and to my great surprise the transaction was canceled by itself with a message on the screen stating that the money is not genuine. To my second big surprise, the money returned to me was less than what I deposited. I have not received any information from the bank and it should be noted that I witnessed 4 other similar incidents. Two days later I went to the store again to settle the situation. There I met an endless queue and terrible rudeness from the staff who stated that at 2 noon they close and we will not serve. Waiting 2 hours for their own mistake and unable to serve! SAME ON YOU!!! NEVER AGAIN AT A PIRAEUS BANK. Crooks!!!

Με όλα τα καταστήματα της Πειραιώς κλειστά σήμερα στη γύρω περιοχή, κάποια οριστικά, το μοναδικό ανοιχτό "εξυπηρετούσε" τους δεκάδες δόλιους που περιμεναμε εξω στην ουρά ΜΟΝΟ με ένα ταμείο!!! Για όλη την τριγύρω Γλυφάδα! Και τις ελάχιστες φορές που χρειάστηκα να ρθω εδώ, η εξυπηρέτηση ηταν σε στυλ δημοσίου και αργή όσο δεν πάει. Το χειρότερο υποκατάστημα. Φυσικά δεν εξυπηρετηθηκα ποτέ... Πάμε για άλλου..... May 21, 2021. With all the stores of Piraeus closed today in the surrounding area, some definitively, the only open one "served" the dozens of swindlers we were waiting in line ONLY with a cash register !!! E	Eleni Zacho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα σε τράπεζα.!!!!! Δεν μπόρεσα να εξυπηρετηθω ενώ είχα κλείσει ραντεβού μου είπαν ότι δεν υπάρχει το όνομά μου πουθενά. Με προσβαλαν ότι λέω ψέματα. Τελικά εφηγα και άνοιξα το λογαριασμό μου μισθοδοσίας στην Euro bank. Και ούτε που θέλω να ξανά κουσω για Πειραιως ξανά!!!!! The worst experience I had in a bank !!!!! I could not be served while I had made an appointment I was told that my name is nowhere to be found. They insulted me for lying. Eventually I became a teenager and opened my payroll account at Euro bank. And not that I want to hear about Piraeus again !!!!!
v	vicky key on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο! Μπλόκαρε η κάρτα μου και για να βγάλω μία καινούργια μου κλείσανε ραντεβού σε 48 μέρες! Είναι 5 λεπτά υπόθεση! Ανθρωπιά και κατανόηση μηδέν! The worst! Έφαγε ένα χαρτονόμισμα πενήντα ευρώ και παρά του ότι το κατάστημα λειτουργούσε και η σύζυγός μου κατέθεσε άμεσα αίτημα να προβούν σε έλεγχο δεν έγινε απολύτως τίποτα. Μετά από κάποιες μέρες επικοινώνησε κάποιος υποτίθεται τεχνικός για να μας βγάλει τρελλούς. Λες και ήταν τόσο δύσκολο να μετρήσουν τα χρήματα στο μηχάνημα αμέσως μετά τη καταγγελία και να διαπιστώσουν ότι έχουν πενήντα ευρώ παραπάνω. Απαράδεκτοι για να μην πω τίποτα παραπάνω. This just goes to show that customer service is a personal matter and depends on good will apart from corporate culture.
