UNACCEPTABLE STAFF VERY RUDE AND NOT AT ALL SERVICE. I WENT TO THE OFFICE AS WE ENTER THE LEFT WHICH IS A LADY AND THEY WERE MOCKING ME WITH ANOTHER LORD WHO CAME WHILE I WAS LOOKING FOR A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. AND WHEN I SAID THANK YOU VERY GOOD DAY, NO ONE ANSWERED. I WONDER IF THESE PEOPLE HAVE ENDED SOME COLLECTION OR YOU JUST GOT THEM FROM THE REGISTERS OF OAED. AVOID THIS STORE !!

Not only are your transactions unsafe due to the very simple system that ensures that you are you when you log in the bank system (only a PIN code that remains the same for all your transactions) but even allows any purchases with your credit card, without PIN number, as long as the sum is below €20. Totally unacceptable! Tellers in shops have told me that CUSTOMERS DON'T LIKE TO SHOW THEIR IDs (when using the cards to pay) because they're afraid someone will see their age!!! And it's ACCEPTABLE!
Yes, money laundering is officially illegal, but the system allows it and the banks are ready to help you if you're breaking the law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The branch, as every bank branch, is open for the public until 2.00 p.m. Nevertheless, if someone visits the branch for a simple teller transaction from 1.30 p.m. onwards, the person faces an unpleasant surprise. He/she will be forbidden to enter the branch with the silly explanation that they have run out of priority numbers (every time the same excuse)! Believe me I've tried it three times.
