Οι υπάλληλοι ράθυμοι, αστοιχείωτοι και, παρά ταύτα, ακραία αλαζόνες και αγενείς έναντι των απολύτως δικαιολογημένων παραπόνων. The most miserable service I have ever seen in the entire public and private sector!
