Κι όχι μόνο δεν έχει την διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει, αλλά θύμωσε όταν την διακόψαμε από προσωπική της συζήτηση που είχε για αρκετή ώρα στο κινητό της. Με πολύ ευγενικό τρόπο η μητέρα μου και μία ηλικιωμένη κυρία της εξήγησαν ότι δεν λειτουργεί το μηχάνημα ενημέρωσης βιβλιαρίων και αντί να τις βοηθήσει σήκωσε τον τόνο της φωνής της κι έλεγε συνέχεια "ωχ Παναγία μου"κι άρπαξε από τα χέρια τους τα βιβλιάρια για να διαπιστώσει τελικά πως έλεγαν την αλήθεια. Γενικά υπάρχει μεγάλο πρόβλημα συμπεριφοράς απ'όλους τους εργαζόμενους και τόν διευθυντή τους που κάθεται στο γραφείο του απαθεστατος!! Είναι γεγονός ότι ο επόμενος στη σειρά για το μηχάνημα κατάθεσης στο εσωτερικό του καταστήματος μπορεί να δει με μεγάλη ακρίβεια το είδος της συναλλαγής του ατόμου που προηγείται. Επίσης στα γραφεία δεξιά και αριστερά οι υπάλληλοι ακούγονται μια χαρά σε όλο το κατάστημα κατά τη διάρκεια της πώλησης δανείων ή εξυπηρέτησης πελατών. Δεν είναι λίγες οι φορές που πελάτες καθώς περιμένουν να εξυπηρετηθούν από τα ταμεία στήνουν αυτί για να ακούσουν τι λέγεται. Τέλος οι υπάλληλοι είναι ιδιαίτερα δυσάρεστοι ακόμα και όταν ζητάς να χρησιμοποιήσεις απλώς συρραπτικό. Εννοείται ότι δεν διακόπτεις απλά περιμένεις και όταν τελειώσει τη τηλεφωνική συνομιλία με τον συνάδελφο στο απέναντι γραφείο σε κοιτάει ύφος ενώ ζητάς το συρραπτικό και σου το δίνει χωρίς καν να σε κοιτάζει στα μάτια. ΥΠΟΤΙΜΗΤΙΚΑ την στιγμή που έχει κάνει κατάθεση μερικών εκατοντάδων ευρώ στην τράπεζα που είναι υπάλληλος και πληρώνεται από πελάτες σαν εσένα! Δυστυχώς έχω εντοπίσει ότι το κακό του καταστήματος ξεκινάει από τον διευθυντή που δεν είναι σε θέση να επαναφέρει τους υφισταμένους του στην πραγματική διάσταση της ευγένειας. Λυπάμαι και επειδή είναι κάτι που έχω εντοπίζει επανειλημμένα για αυτόν το λόγο γράφω. Βρίσκω ότι στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα υπάρχει μεγάλο πρόβλημα συμπεριφοράς και διαχείρισης πελατών. Η τράπεζα γενικώς είναι απαράδεκτη γιατί άφησαν την επιχείρηση μου χώρις pos εδώ και δύο εβδομάδες. Δεν μπορούν να με πληρώσουν οι άνθρωποι, δεν έχουν χρόνο να πάνε στην τράπεζα να μου κάνουν κατάθεση. Κανένα ενδιαφέρον πραγματικά με αναστάτωσε αυτό το γεγονός.
