Είναι με διαφορά η χειρότερη τράπεζα στην Ελλάδα κατά τη γνώμη μου. I was never properly served by the specific branch but also by Piraeus bank in general. It is by far the worst bank in Greece in my opinion.

Perhaps the worst bank branch in terms of staff. They do not know their job. For the same thing in another store all good.
C	Celia Sands on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ ΣΥΜΠΕΡΙΦΟΡΆ. ΌΛΩΝ ΕΚΕΙ ΜΕΣΑ. Άσε που δήθεν ανοίγουν 8.00 η ώρα, αλλά στην πραγματικά 8.30 και ίσα που είχαν βάλει τα χρήματα στα ΑΤΜ...! Με το πάσο τους η "κυρίες" και ο κόσμος έξω να περιμένει στην ουρά, στο κρύο και στην βροχή ...! Αλλά και μέσα η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν απλώς απαράδεκτη. Απαξιωτική και αγενέστατη η αντιμετώπιση τους. Unacceptable behavior. Of all EVERY. Let that supposedly open 8.00 o'clock, but in real 8.30 and equal that had put the money on the ATM ...! With their "ladies" and the world out to wait in the queue, cold and rain ...! But then the service was simply unacceptable. Exquisite and grossly dealing with them.

Καλό θα ήταν το πόστο της να το διαχειρίζεται κάποιος με βασική γνώση ευγενούς συμπεριφοράς. One of the ladies who undertakes the cancellations of contracts is very rude and speaks in an ironic tone. It would be good for her post to be managed by someone with basic knowledge of noble behavior.

Η κυρία στην υποδοχή έχει πολλά θέματα τα οποία βγάζει στους πελάτες. I have visited this store three times this year and all three times I have left with nerves. They do not deserve a single star that I have to put. The lady at the reception has a lot of issues that she brings up to the customers.
