I never pick up the phone to make an appointment. There is no possibility for an appointment while we have a pandemic, not even electronically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ εξυπηρετικοι υπαλληλοι,το ATM και τα μηχανηματα συνναλαγων λειτουργουν παντα τελεια,υπαρχουν καθισματα για αναμονη και μηχανημα για προτεραιοτητα ταμειων.Παντα ενημερωνεσαι για οτι σε ενδιαφερει χωρις καθηστερηση.Ισως το καλυτερο καταστημα της τραπεζας στην πολη.
Δυστυχώς η τράπεζα σε αυτό το κατάστημα έκλεισε τα ταμεία.Συναλλαγές στα μηχανήματα πλέον και στα γραφεία για τα υπόλοιπα.
Very helpful employees, the ATM and the transaction machines always work perfectly, there are seats for waiting and a machine for cash priority. You are always informed about what interests you without delay. Probably the best bank branch in the city.
Unfortunately, the bank in this branch closed the cash registers. Transactions in the machines now and in the offices for the rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Περίμενα πάνω από μισή ώρα για να πάρω το ηχειάκι που δικαιούμαι από την εφαρμογή Check In γιατί η μια υπάλληλος μου έλεγε να πάω στην άλλη, και η άλλη μου έλεγε να πάω πάλι σε άλλη. Και εν τέλει δεν εξυπηρετήθηκα ποτέ από καμία. Έλεος
I waited over half an hour to get the sound I was entitled to by Check In because one employee was telling me to go to the other, and the other was telling me to go to another. And in the end I was never served by anyone. Mercy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση. Καμία πρόνοια της τράπεζας για τους ηλικιωμένους. Όλα ηλεκτρονικά. Μόνο για το κέρδος νοιάζεστε. Δεν υπάρχει ταμείο. Καλύτερα να κλείσετε.
Poor service. No bank provisions for the elderly. All electronically. You only care about profit. There is no fund. Better to book.
