★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτη συμπεριφορα..Κυριως απ την κοπελα που καθεται στο stand ευθεια μπροστα οπως μπαινεις. Περασα 2 ωρες στην τραπεζα με αυτην να με ταλαιπωρει χωρις λογο αφου εκανα κατευθειαν τη δουλεια μου μολις με ανελαβε καποιος αλλος.Με εστειλε να βρω χαρτια τα οποια δεν χρειαστηκαν ποτε.Δεν ηθελε να εξυπηρετησει,την ωρα που καθισα εκει ηταν προσβλητικη και αγενης με ολους οσους της μιλουσαν, δεν εξυπηρετησε κανεναν μονο προσεβαλλε τον κοσμο. Πραγματικα αθλια συμπεριφορα, οσες φορες εχω παει και εγω κ ολοι μου οι γνωστοι μονο τσακωνεται με ολους. Αθλια συμπεριφορα και κανενας σεβασμος.
Unacceptable behavior .. Especially the girl sitting in the stand straight in front of you. I spent 2 hours in the bank with him without any reason since I was just getting my job done by somebody else. He sent me papers that they never needed. all who spoke to her, did not serve anyone only insulted the world. Really miserable behavior, as many times as I have been and all my acquaintances only fester with everyone. Miserable behavior and no respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε αντίθεση με αυτά που διάβασα από αξιολογήσεις, εμενα σήκωσαν το τηλεφωνο όλες τις φορές και έκλεισα ραντεβού για να πάω από εκεί. Ενω πήγα νωρίτερα με εξυπηρέτησαν. Ευγενικό προσωπικό!
Contrary to what I read from reviews, I picked up the phone every time and made an appointment to go from there. While I went earlier they served me. Polite personnel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν απαντάει κάνεις στα τηλέφωνα. Όταν πήγα από εκεί μετά από 3 ώρες που προσπαθούσα να επικοινωνήσω τηλεφωνικως, μου είπαν το τηλ. ειναι λάθος στο site τους. Η υπάλληλος στην υποδοχή και ο υποδιοικητής ήταν άκρως ειρωνικός και αγενεστατος. Δεν υπήρχε διαθέσιμο ραντεβού. Αν το γνώριζα τρείς ώρες πριν που προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω θα πήγαινα σε άλλο κατάστημα. Το αποτέλεσμα είναι να μείνω χωρίς χρεωστική κάρτα (λόγω φθοράς) για το τριήμερο. Η μόνη συμβουλή που πήρα ήταν για το πώς μπορώ να κάνω πληρωμή της πιστωτικής κάρτας μου χωρίς να χρειαστεί να καταθέσω χρήματα στο λογαριασμό μου. Αυτό τους απασχολεί. Έχει γίνει η χειρότερη τράπεζα στην Ελλάδα. Απαράδεκτοι!
You do not answer the phones. When I left there after 3 hours of trying to contact me by phone, they told me the phone was wrong on their site. The receptionist and the deputy commander were extremely ironic and rude. There was no appointment available. If I had known three hours before I tried to contact I would have gone to another store. The result is that I am left without a debit card (due to wear and tear) for the three days. The only advice I got was on how to pay for my credit card without having to deposit money into my account. This concerns them. It has become the worst bank in Greece. Unacceptable!
