★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βάσει της απόφασης (ΕΚΤ/2003/4), της Κεντρικής Ευρωπαϊκής Τράπεζας (ΕΚΤ), όλες οι εθνικές τράπεζες της ευρωζώνης πρέπει να προχωρούν σε αντικατάσταση των φθαρμένων χαρτονομισμάτων Υποχρεούνται λοιπόν η ΤτΕ και κατ’ επέκταση και οι ιδιωτικές καθώς υπακούν βάση καταστατικού σε αυτήν. Πληρούσα και τις τρεις προϋποθέσεις απλά επειδή δεν ήμουν πελάτισσα (ερωτήθηκα) η κυρία με παρέπεμψε στην ΤτΕ....
Καμιά εξυπηρέτηση ,πλήρης αδιαφορία.
