Κανένα σέρβις και υπάλληλοι συμπεριφορονται έως δημόσιοι υπάλληλοι. Πρέπει να έχει ώρες ελεύθερες από τον χρόνο σου για να μπεις στο κατάστημα
Απαραδεκτοι.
That's worse in a store.
No service and employees behave as civil servants. It must take hours of free time to get into the store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα χρειάστηκε να έρθω στο κατάστημα για κάποιες δουλειές. Ενώ φοβήθηκα στην αρχή ότι δεν θα μπορέσω να κάνω δουλειά, η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη και το κλίμα που απέρρεε από τους υπαλλήλους ήταν καλό. Μπράβο.
Today I had to come to the store for some work. While I was scared at first that I would not be able to do work, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere from the staff was good. Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κακή εξυπηρέτηση , κακή αντιμετώπιση απο άτομα στα Γραφεια! Για έναν επαγγελματικό λογαριασμό με στείλανε σε λάθος γραφείο και περίμενα σα μη πω. Αφού παραπονέθηκα μετά απο αρκετή αναμονή, ο υπάλληλος που είναι αρμόδιος αδιαφόρησε για το συμβάν ενώ ο υπάλληλος του γραφείου που άδικα περίμενα δεν ενδιαφέρθηκε να εξυπηρετήσει!
Poor service, bad treatment by people in the Offices! For a business account I was sent to the wrong office and I waited as if not to say. After I complained after a long wait, the employee in charge did not care about the incident while the clerk of the office that I was unjustly waiting for was not interested in serving!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. They let you in the bank during Covid19 and then your asked if you have appointment while you have waited 30 minutes! The person in charge for managing accounts is the worst. Find another branch to go to.
